All of their technicians including Shawn and Alex are professional and very pleasant. We bought a Carrier infinity furnace 10 years ago and we are very happy with it. It runs very quiet and performs very well. The installation was done quickly and professionally. Shawn comes to do our regular yearly maintenance on our furnace, and I would highly recommend it to everyone who owns one. I must also add that Wayne, the owner of Casey Mechanical recently helped me with an issue over the phone on a Saturday to save me some money. He ask me to check a few things before sending someone over and I did. The problem was resolved with his knowledge and I was so grateful. I can't thank him enough. You are the best Wayne. My relationship with this company only recently started when I had to replace my furnace filter...$135 filter...as you can imagine I wasn’t super happy because I couldn’t understand why it cost that much. The staff on the phone was super helpful and then I met the owner while I was waiting to pay. He started speaking to me about my furnace, explained the ins and outs of my filter and what it actually did. I was reassured and then felt better about the cost. In the conversation he also told me that getting annual maintenance was a legal requirement...I was skeptical, because I’m new to Ontario and had never heard of such a thing. Legal requirement or not, I booked a maintenance appointment that day. Fast forward a couple weeks when my furnace gets cleaned, the tech told and showed me how dirty it was and said that in his professional opinion he was surprised it hadn’t died. SO a HUGE THANK YOU to the owner for taking the time to speak with me that day and having the patience to respond positively to my skepticism. Because of that conversation he probably saved me thousands of dollars and I have peace of mind that my furnace will keep us warm this winter.

Impressive sales and service. There is a reason they have been in business for 25 years! I called the owner to compliment him on his " Furnace Faeries". The team came in and removed the old furnace and installed the new high efficancy furnace with no mess left behind! No garbage, no debris, no packaging even! I wouldn't even have know they been in my house if it weren't for the new equipment. That is such a respectful and professional policy. Full Service Support - We recently had a new Carrier Infinity propane furnace installed by the team at Casey Mechanical. They removed the old oil furnace and tank from our basement as part of the job. The complete installation and remove took a 1 1/2 days and we were on the new furnace by the end of the 1st day. We now have a consistently warm heat compared to the old oil furnace. I was amazed at how quiet it was and how accurately it held the temperature at the requested temperature. We had a Carrier central air conditioner install 2 years ago by Casey as well an on-demand propane tank-less water heater and a propane fireplace insert, we love both and the service provided by Casey. We just went away on vacation just 2 days after the new furnace installation knowing we had nothing to worry about , we trust Casey Mechanical installation and service.

I have been meaning to write a review about Casey Mechanical for some time now. I live in Rural Ontario and have an Armstrong Air Furnace and Air Conditioning System that we had installed in 2013. Great system, great installer at the time whom decided to close his business. We did not have any issues until last winter when our Thermostat Died and I called another dealer. It was hell. For four months of excuses and bills I put up with it until I lost it. I finally asked my boss at work who he would recommend and he told me about Casey Mechanical, which they actually take care of our company as well. It has been nothing but pure pleasure dealing with them! From each Service Tech to the secretary to the owner. All have been superb and issues fixed at once. The best surprise is I am not charged prices that are inflated as the others were! A pleasant surprise having normal invoices that I am more than happy to pay for the service and attention which I receive. Do not look further, honesty and reliability are words that you can count on with Casey Mechanical. I highly recommend them!

Recently, my wife, who has major allergies, and I decided to get 3 quotes for a new Carrier Infinity gas furnace, an Infinity Carrier air conditioner and an Infinity Carrier air purifier. We decided to go with Casey Mechanical here in Cornwall. Their prices were competitive and their reputation is excellent. The owner Wayne came over to our house, explained everything. We found him to be knowledgeable and very courteous. Three days before our installation, our old A/C stopped working, pure coincidence, and it was 33C. I called Wayne, and his service technician came over promptly and changed a part, at no cost to us. We were quite impressed! We really enjoy our new system. The installers, Brian and his son were very helpful in explaining everything, they were courteous and left everything very clean. And the allergies, well my wife's allergies are almost all gone thanks to our new air purifier. It also takes care of most of the dust and pollen. Thank you Wayne and the team!

Last summer we bought a new house where the HVAC systems and plumbing had been installed by Casey Mechanical. As with any new build there were a few things that needed tweaking. We also had them install a blower in the fireplace and explain how to use an unfamiliar Venmar system. Each call was promptly answered and the issue dealt with satisfactorily. The staff are all pleasant and patient and their customer service rates a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this company.

We had our Infinity Furnace and Tank-less water heater installed last June. We have been very satisfied with the efficiency of the furnace. I also like the fact that I can fill my Jacuzzi tub with HOT water. Being on Hydro-one I do all my wash on the weekends and have continuous hot water. The units performed as Wayne promised. We’ve had Casey Mechanical take care of our HVAC needs since moving into our family home in November 2014. In the rare instances we’ve needed help, they’ve always responded quickly and solved the problem. We recently needed a new AC unit, and Brian and Shane showed up to do the installation. They were complete professionals – on time, courteous, informative, and got the job done and tested beyond our satisfaction. They even went above and beyond by noticing that a clamp had broken to the chimney to our hot water tank, and went to the hardware store to buy and then install the pieces necessary to fix this safety issue that another contractor had presumably not noticed or caused. I don’t know how you could ask for any more than the service we’ve consistently received from Wayne and his team at Casey Mechanical.

Great service (once again). At 9:30 AM my wife noticed that our hot water heater was leaking. When I called Casey Mechanical, the receptionist took my name and telephone number and promised that someone would contact me shortly. Brian got back to me within minutes, and dispatched Shawn to my home. Within one hour, the situation was under control, and a new hot water tank was on its way.
