Very good selection for home, office or school. I take my kids there every year for school supplies. They are able to find everything they need for a good price. Store is well kept and organized, which makes finding things easy. My only issue is the customer service. Don't get me wrong they are very helpful and give service with a smile. But they seem to only approach you when your around high ticket items. If your just in the regular office supplies you basically have to hunt someone down for assistance. To me a customer should be given the same service wether they are spending a thousand dollars or twenty dollars.

Extremely rude staff. I didn't know a lot about the difference between a good binder and a bad binder. And the staff almost refused to help me. I always have a much better time with the Staples in Charlettown.

The staff is knowledgeable and they will do whatever they can to help and support your purchase. They give good, sound recommendations and the prices are fair for the quality you buy. They back your purchases as well according to your warranty. I find that they will go the extra for their customers.

There is not a lot of stock because of Covid-19. But its still a great store with a large amount of products. The employees seem always really enthusiastic and friendly, they try to always be there to help. Im not a fan of the “bring this card to an employee to get your item” system, but that’s fine.

Despite not having many staff onsite the two individuals who helped me out - Parker and Tanya - were excellent. Tanya went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in the Copy Service Centre. She was personable, kind, thorough and professional. Parker was literally running in order to serve the many customers as quickly as possible. Recently the Summerside staff went above and beyond the call of duty. A large printing order was required for a funeral. Stormy weather prevented the delivery truck from having the order received on time. Staples' employee personally made arrangements in Dartmouth, NS to have the order re-printed over night and a family member picked it up. Employee could have apologized and said "Sorry for your loss of a loved one. But Staples cannot control the weather. Here's your refund." But instead, she made multiple phone calls to Halifax making alternate arrangements and the re-printed brochures were available for the funeral. Thanks very much!!

I visited the store on March 20th, with a very large package. Crystal, or Krystal helped me get the thing ready for PUROLATOR. She was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient. She somehow managed to serve , and satisfy 3 clients simultaneously. Had she been wearing a Fitbit, I have no doubt it would have been overheating! She is a credit to the Staples, Summerside store. I would hire someone THIS COMPETENT in a heartbeat. I will be back to Staples.

That place is hit and miss for me. I was greeted when I walked in and said have a good day while I was there. Other days I can't get the time of day from them. Now today, the lady at the copy center could care less to help me. I realize customer service/retail sucks sometimes but if you dont want to be there, then go home.

Only real tech store the region and the prices reflect it. Things are expensive but if you need tech items this is your best bet. If you get a quote for any computer work make sure you get it in writing. They have a habit of changing prices on you.

Service was fine when I was choosing and purchasing my laptop (Tuesday, July 20). They had to keep it overnight to set it up and I picked it up the following day. I drive home (350 km away) and check the flyer on Thursday, only to find out it is there for $100 off. The flyer started on the day I picked it up. No one mentioned it, and the only way to get the discount is to bring it back to the store - that's all well and fine for the people living in town ... Not so much for the many customers who are not. I am not happy! Actually rotted!

Went into Staples a young rep approached my Mum and I in the printer aisle . Mum picked the printer she wanted and he left and started talking to other customers forgetting about us. I approached again so he took off to Look for it after 10 minutes talked to another rep he got the Manager. After another 5 minutes we were told they didn't have it in stock
