Great job done by Chris. I called during after hours and left a voicemail, got a callback the next day. Chris drove to my place in Hope. Right on time, had all his equipments with him. He did a great job cleaning carpet in my 2 bedrooms, living room and stairs. Highly recommended!

Very thankful! I spilled a 3/4 full can of dark gray paint on my beige carpet!! My husband & I tried for the last 2 days to remove the paint ourselves, but finally gave in & gave Zippee a call. It was such a mess! We were unsure if he would even be able to help us out or make time in his schedule or how much it would cost. So I called @ 7:30 this morning and was so thankful when he answered. He came today...(probably on his lunch break), & saved my carpet! He only charged us $85...which was so reasonable considering all the stress over the last couple of days & the thought of having to replace the carpets was horrifying! Thanks Chris for saving the day???? Also, about 5 months ago we hired Zippee to do a whole house carpet clean & our sectional sofa & we were very happy with the results & would highly recommend him!

did not do a good job, in and out in 25/30 minutes for a 100.00 cash. there was a 12x12' bedroom, which was fairly clean, so a fast job there, which i said would be fine. a empty front room at 12x17' with dirty walking tracks from the kitchen to the bathroom about 12' and kitchen to the desk about 8' i showed where the 2 walking tracks of dirt were and it would take a few extra passes. would have taken less then 5 minutes extra! so the dirtiest area by the front door and kitchen transition area to the carpet and to the desk, he spent the least amount of time on?? maybe because its the last area to be cleaned?? as he is starting cleaning up i am telling him it is still dirty from the kitchen to the front room transition and he basically ignores me, as he keeps putting away his tools, his name was Chris i think he was the owner? its pretty sad when you try and ask the worker/owner to spend a few more minutes on an area that isn't quite clean and he walks away from you.

Great experience! He was friendly fast and efficient. He managed to get the paint out of my beige carpet that my preschooler got blue and green all over. Pricing was excellent. I will be recommending to friends and family.

After having various carpet cleaning companies come in to do my home I thought I'd give Zippee a try. Am I ever impressed! My technician was very prompt and friendly and discussed with me my problem areas I wanted to get extra attention. He got right to work and was finished in good time. Today, one day later, the carpets have long since dried ( in a matter of a few hours they were dry) and they look fantastic! I'd never use anyone else from now on, I'm sold on Zippee.
