Terrible. This company gave me a 2pm-5pm window. I waited for him all day I called him and asked him to give me a 20 minutes heads up so I could be home. He shows up at my door with no heads up. Meanwhile I'm around the corner from being home. When he calls me he says he can't wait because he has another job to do. He hangs up on me and now will not answer my calls. I planned my whole day around this just to have this fraud show unprofessionalism. Terrible communication. Horrible business. Do not hire this company.

I honestly feel like this is the cleanest the carpets have been since brand new. I have very thick carpets and they dried very quickly which means he took the extra time for detail! I had Tim in to clean the rec room carpets, the stairs and some area rugs. As opposed to the last company we had (who flooded our rec room) Tim did an absolutely amazing job. He was fast, extremely thorough, professional (wall guards for the hoses, drop sheets to walk on, free cleaning of the front door carpet etc) and worth every penny. I had one particular difficult stain and when it wicked up from the underlay many hours later, he returned free of charge to give it a second treatment. You should not look any further than this company for great service.
