This was the second time I used New Look. Craig and his crew came in to service my gas fireplace, AC, furnace and clean all the ducts in my home as I just moved in and they had never been done. They were on time, got right to work, explained any issues and did a thorough job. The difference in air quality is very noticeable. Highly recommend New Look!

New Look installed our air conditioner just over 2 yrs. ago. They were clean, efficient, friendly and affordable. This year, when we went to start the unit up during the last warm period, it wasn't working. We called and they were here the same day, the same representative who did the install and boy, was he "on it". Their refrigeration guy will be here Thursday to see if he can fix the problem and "just in case", a new compressor is ordered. These guys are good! Invoice # 74998

They did a good job and the price was right, however I'm only giving them three stars because they were calling me daily to pay my bill. I had a personal matter that had come up which took priority over many things in my life. I knew the bill needed to be paid but just didn't have the time to deal with it. What ever happened to the "take 30 days to pay". I will not use them again strictly for their constant pushiness to pay the bill. And yes it was paid well within the 30 days.

We had our hot water tank, Gas Furnace and Thermostat all replaced in the last year by New Look. Service was fantastic, the girls in the office were amazing, very friendly, helpful and professional. Crystal walked me through the rebate minefield, Katie handled the bookings, Craig and John did the installations and are very knowledgeable and accommodating. I trust the workmanship and would highly recommend New Look.

Jon and Brayden came to clean out our air ducts and dryer vent in March. They called before they arrived, arrived 10 minutes early to set up, were professional, courteous and informative during the entire process. Jon diagnosed that our dryer vent was completely clogged partly due to the piping going from 4"-2" and back to 4" after an elbow, he replaced that part of the venting to prevent further blockages. They went above and beyond completely pulling the dryer and washer out to clean under/behind and down the dryer lint tray! He was able to tell me what I already knew... Our furnace is dying and the parts aren't cheap to limp it through the winter. After trying to shop around for quotes and literally NOBODY returning my emails, calls, VMs I gave them a call today and Chrystal answered right away and has given me a 24hr turn around for estimated installation for new furnace and central air. I absolutely love dealing with her, she is the sweetest woman you will talk to and is a wealth of knowledge! Wishing I had bit the bullet when Jon quoted me for replacing the furnace with AC prior to the heatwave. Lesson learned. Booking now before our furnace dies this winter. I would highly recommend them. 10/10 service. Invoice#74713

This lady is not happy for second time with this service. We had sold our house and I took in 3 7x9 and 1 5x7 and 3 smaller rugs to be cleaned I need them before I left as we were Moving out of town.I do have dogs SO I paid extra for stains .It was a Hassel because even though I dropped them off in plenty of time .Some one didnt tell someone they were there.440.00 later .I got them and they were wrapped so I did not look at them for at least a week.When we got to our new house I unwrapped them One was not even done and the other 3 big ones were still damp. Good service it was not.I worked customers service for 16 years if we did this kind of shotty work we would not be in business. I would not recommend these people AT ALL! I could of Bought new ones for that price.
