I would say I’m “mostly” satisfied with the service. However, there were a few key areas that were forgotten and had to be cleaned by us afterwards (desk/shelving, baseboards and floor in one room, top level of kitchen cabinets, some kitchen drawers). Also, some small damage to under sink post that was caused in part by the cleaner that had to be repaired afterwards. The areas/rooms they did clean - they did an excellent job of. One thing that felt a bit amiss for me was the next day they called to collect payment - they sounded frustrated that I hadn’t paid already. Realizing they had made a mistake in collecting my email address was quickly resolved. When they emailed the invoice, it had a “pat-due” notice on it. It hadn’t even been 24 hours yet. Like, take a beat and give me a moment. Inlaid it I’m full immediately.

I hired Full Throttle for a deep clean after my "quarantine blues". Lucia and Natasha were fantastic. They are a very organized, efficient and a personable team. We discussed my needs, which included a second visit but they straightened me out and cleaned me up with an understanding view of my circumstances. 100% recommend, will hire again for regular cleaning so I never get that way again. Very efficient text/ email booking system that you might miss if you don't monitor email and messenger daily. I'm so happy with them, I only wish I had called sooner.

She helped me clean and organize my kitchen so I could easily bake and cook and store things away. In addition, she is a good cleaner. My place has never looked so good. We requested move out cleaning. When Full Throttle was done, the house sparkled. It looked about 10 years newer and was spotlessly clean. We had burned on stains on a stainless steel cook top. After trying about 6 cleaners, we gave up. Full Throttle's cleaners removed the stains. They are very competitively priced and gave us amazing value for the cost. I highly recommend them.

Would not recommend for a move-out clean. Cleaners were late, work was not only poorly done, but parts werent done at all. Additional 2 hours charged because the floors were more dirty than expected... but one of the two cleaners left two hours early?? Company did offer to come and fix the job, however, a move out clean is time sensitive and needs to be done properly the first time. The fix for this was a $40 reduction of our bill; which was appreciated, but minimal to the total cost, and does not recoup time sent frantically cleaning the missed areas of the house last minute. Perhaps decent daily cleaners, but would NOT recommend using this company for a move-out clean.

I just recently started with a regular service a few weeks ago. My experience has been amazing so far. The first clean was a deep clean and the house looked absolutely spectacular and smelled amazing. We signed up quickly for a bi-weekly service and it’s the best choice we’ve made. We have used Full Throttle for about a year and I honestly could not say enough positive things. The cleaners consistently go above and beyond. Just this week, I washed a duvet cover and left the house before getting it back onto the bed. Not only did the cleaners find it in the dryer and put it on the appropriate bed, they also took my laundry from the washer and put it in the dryer. My house looks and smells like new after every clean. When I’ve had to make changes to the schedule, responses are quick and accommodating. I highly recommend Full Throttle.

never again will i use them, they charge $39 per cleaner. got them to do a "deep clean" and paid them almost $400 worth of "work" and got back to the house in the evening and looked almost identical from when i left in the morning. she didnt want to make things right when i talked to her on the phone. hired different cleaners and they laughed that i had another company in the day before.

Full Throttle Cleaning Company is an excellent cleaning company. The reason why it is such a good company is because the workers work hard to clean your home. I have been very pleased with Natasha, who cleans my home bi-weekly, and does her utmost to make sure that my home is clean and to my liking. Anything that I have asked her to do, she does and sometimes goes above and beyond. For example, my jewellery counter was in a bit of a mess with necklaces and earrings and bracelets everywhere, and Natasha took everything off, dusted and then proceeded to rearrange my jewellery, so that now, I can see what I have and it is appealing to the eye. She works very hard to make sure that my home looks and smells good. There are no chemicals used in their products which I am happy about. I appreciate how thorough Natasha is and that she is also a pleasant person to be around. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for someone who enjoys what they do and provides customer satisfaction.
