Really impressed with these guys, had them out for a long 10 hr day doing the roof, house, windows etc. They barely took a 5 minute break. Fantastic job, my house, roof looks almost new again. They have a soft touch, no pressure washing, only use electric pumps. Ed is the type of guy you would want as a neighbour, fun, interesting and super hard working. His prices beat the pants off the competitor’s by a country mile as a wee bonus. Every Spring we have Ed Callaghan come and clean the exterior of our house. The soft wash cleans everything but does not harm the house or siding. Our sky lights and windows sparkle and the house looks brand new. Last year we had our roof sprayed which increases the shingle life. This a very professional company. Ed contacted us soon after we sent a request for an estimate and made himself available to complete the estimate on a Saturday. He showed up at the agreed upon time, completed and sent an estimate within minutes. I accepted the estimate and booked an appointment, and he showed up 15 ahead of time. Ed took the time to explain what and how he was going to accomplish the task, and he and his assistant begun the job. The worked non stop and completed the task. Ed was kind enough to explain some additional services his company offers such as roof and wall cleaning and included a demonstration. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Ed came out personally and walked the property, listened to my concerns and needs and gave me an immediate quote. The day of, he arrived on titme, and repeated the walk around. He and his helper were there for most of the day, and cleaned up after themselves. The final product was as discussed, and showed very well when the photographer was here. I had a great experience with Ed. He gave me an itemized quote and allowed me to remove the patio/railing wash in order to bring costs down to more my budget level. Ed also gave me the option to leave the roof anchors on my roof which is great because I've been wanting to do that for awhile but didn't want the hassle to find the rafters to mount them to. Not only does he do the estimating, he also does the soft wash work himself with a helper. And what a great job he did. He even did the patio/railing wash for no charge as a surprise. I offered to pay him for the extra but he wouldn't take it. He was such a pleasure to talk to and his work ethics are top notch which is rare nowadays. He and his helper really takes pride in their work and doesn't cut corners. I would definitely choose him again.
