Had a appointment set up with these guys. Booked the day off, only for them not to show up. Called multiple times left messages someone finally answered and told me they would get back to me never did. Unprofessional save your time and money use someone else.

Very good service. They were able to fit me in very quickly; only 2 days after calling for a quote. They showed up on time, and did a great job. And it ended up costing even less then the quote. Our ducts are probably good for 8-10 years.

Very professional service. They took off their shoes when they came into the house. They were here for a couple of hours during the service . They were very thorough and friendly. I would highly recommend Ontario duck cleaners.

We had scheduled an appointment months in advance. On the day of, the workers showed up over an hour earlier then expected. They spent 15 mins in the house and then advised my husband they could not do the job as they did not have the equipment needed. (our house is only 7 -10 yrs old, there was no reason not to have the correct equipment). They advised us they would have the boss call and reschedule and left. The "boss" never called us to reschedule, in fact, NO ONE has called us. At the very least, a courtesy call would have been nice, if for nothing else, customer service alone, but alas, business must be booming as they were not interested in having us as customers. We will not recommend nor return to them for any service moving forward. #fail

We were happy with their service. The men that came were friendly and explained what they were doing. Other services were offered such as dryer vent cleaning and a sanitizing spray which we also had done. We would recommend them to anyone that needs the service.

They call repeatedly every 2 months & change the story each & every time that they call. When you say that you are not interested, they respond with obscenities and hang up. After a couple of months goes by & they call back, I simply ask them why they hang up on me, & they hang up again. It's very unprofessional, & if they can complete the duct cleaning services to the home owners satisfaction, I would be surprised, because they can't even finish a phone call.
