I've had these folks cleaning my house for ore than 10 years now. Never an issue. Always prompt. Never miss a thing. Very professional. Darren the owner is a gentleman. His crews are great people. They work around our schedule and most of all our dogs. Great people. Great work. Highly recommend them

They will do a good job in the beginning, but after that they will give you a run around. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Do not recommend them, very frustrating to deal with.

Initial deep clean cost almost twice as much as the quote. Owner shamed me about the condition of my unvaccumed carpet. Shamed a friend about cobwebs. Changed my charges because my cat shed too much. Used them several years ago. Would never use them again.

Pros - Crew is honest, they always did a great job (in my opinion) and the team works fast. Cons - Will drop you as a customer like a flyswatter to a fly over something that has absolutely no effect on crew health, or business. In other words, extremely picky and makes business decisions (which will affect you as a customer) based on self preference and emotion over logic and common sense. The women working seemed to be over-disciplined by the owner, which at times was uncomfortable. Proceed with caution

Our home has been cleaned for at least 20 yrs.before we moved in 4 yrs. ago! We have continued to have Magic Maid and have always been happy with the work and the pleasant people that clean for us! They work around problems that may arise…when possible! Thank you
