J'ai d'abord eu une visite relativement rapide après un premier appel. Un technicien a quitté avec le noyau de l'appareil qui semblait défectueux. Près de deux mois plus tard et près de 10 relances afin d'avoir des nouvelles, je n'ai eu aucun suivi ni retour d'appel. Je déplore la piètre qualité du service après-vente. Mon échangeur d'air est inutilisable en raison de cette situation.

Le responsable qui est passé chez nous, travaille avec courtoisie et respect. Travail concis et propre, sans dégât dans l'environnement immédiat du climatiseur. Passez le mot... :)

J'aimerais précisé quelques choses, on comprend que la covid rend les choses plus difficile et dans votre cas, plusieurs personnes à la maison due au télétravail donc surcharge de travail etc... mais ont voulais seulement être tenue au courant. J'apprécie beaucoup que vous avez rappeler et malgré tout, donné un excellent service.
