I confirm to him that these are the patio racks, complete. He doesn't put laundry on the floor or warn me to put some laundry: it drips right on my floor, which I have to wipe up afterwards. I might have had too high expectations (this is my first time having someone wash my patio racks), but I figured the edge of the doors was going to be washed too (which is not). not happened). Maybe I could have questioned the employee about what was included in the service in the end, but he never came back to me to tell me he was done. He left without my knowing it. For about 1 hour of work, with a very basic result and customer service that lacks follow-up, I find it rather expensive. It was the last time for sure. On m’a rapidement répondu que c’était 75$, alors j’ai pris rendez-vous. 2 jours avant le rendez-vous, on me demande si c’est possible qu’ils viennent le lendemain midi à la place, ce à quoi j’ai dit que oui, j’allais être là. J’attends donc au dîner, personne ne vient. Vers 12h30, j’écris un courriel pour demander si on va venir finalement. On me répond vers 14h que non, finalement on va venir le lendemain. Un appel ou courriel d’avertissement aurait été apprécié. Le lendemain, un employé vient à l’heure convenue. Il est poli, mais il n’est pas sûr de ce qu’il doit laver. Je lui confirme que ce sont les porte-patios, au complet. Il ne met pas de linge par terre et ne m’avertit pas d’en mettre : ça dégoutte direct sur mon plancher, que je dois essuyer après. J’avais peut-être des attentes trop élevées (c’est la première fois que je demande à quelqu’un de laver mes porte-patios), mais je pensais que le rebord des portes allait être lavées aussi (ce qui n’est pas arrivé). On a donné un petit coup au seuil, mais c’est loin d’être impeccable (voir photo). Les moustiquaires n’ont pas été touchés non plus. J’aurais peut-être pu questionner l’employé sur ce qui était compris dans le service au final, mais il n’est jamais revenu me voir pour me dire qu’il avait terminé. Il est parti sans que je le sache. Heureusement, les vitres étaient belles. Après le service, aucun suivi ni sondage sur le travail effectué. Je reçois une facture par courriel une semaine plus tard, sans aucune indication sur la façon de payer. Je dois envoyer un autre courriel pour qu’on me donne l’adresse courriel et le mot de passe à utiliser pour un virement. Pour environ 1 heure de travail, avec un résultat très basique et un service à la clientèle qui manque de suivis, je trouve ça plutôt cher. C’est certain que c’était la dernière fois.

Malheureusement nous ne sommes pas satisfaits. -le revêtement de la maison ne semble pas avoir été bien rincer, il y a des coulisses partout sur le vinyle, je vais devoir relaver puisque le vinyle semble pire qu'avant à certaines places. -Du coté du carport, ils ont frotté puisque c'était trop tenace pour la hose à pression et ils ont vu que ça fonctionnait. Par contre, puisque nous n'avons pas payé pour un lavage à mains ils ont arrêté. Personne ne nous a appelé pour nous dire que ce serait plus de temps et alors plus cher et/ou qu'ils allaient devoir revenir une autre fois. -Ils disent avoir cogné et que nous n'avons pas répondu. Personne n'a cogné ou sonné, nous étions là et même qu'on regardait par la fenêtre à un certain moment. Vous semblez avoir une bonne réputation alors je ne crois pas que c'est le genre de services que vous rendez d'habitude mais c'est le service que nous avons eu. Merci de m'avoir donné le truc que vous avez utilisé sur le 1/8 du carport, de nous avoir offert de faire un autre estimé pour le cout d'un 2e nettoyage et d'avoir offert d'envoyer quelqu'un pour enlever les coulisses jaunes.
