I’ve dealt with Watertight twice- once to install a UV light for my water and another time, yesterday, to check issues I was having with flooding in my bathrooms. Both times I’ve been treated really well and professionally. The guys who come out to do the work are really great to deal with and do an awesome job and explain things.

1st time I called them, I had immediate service. 2nd time I called them, they declined to provide service. 3rd time I called, I was Declined service, but this time they did provide the number of another plumbing service, which was Jay's Plumbing. Jay was very fast to call back and was in our home the next morning at 7:am. His service was wonderful and left us very impressed. We will call Jay again. Oh ! and Jay is Red Seal Certified!!

Our furnace of 27 years overheated and burst the infloor pipe. It was very cold so we needed to have our furnace on to keep our pipes from freezing. We called Watertight they arrived shortly after we called them. They see hear until about 1am to fix our old furnace. We had a new furnace installed a few weeks later. They saw the urgency of our situation and were there when we needed them. This happened three years ago I would definitely contact them again.
