My first time in PEI , I had a good service with good vibes. The owner was kind and professional. I asked him about some places to visit across Prince Edward Island and he gave me a map with beautiful spots to visit???? The price was okay, about 46$(Tax included) for my dirty Van. This is a good island business. you get your vehicle cleaned by no less than 4 people at the sametime. You tend to spend more time waiting for the wash, than you do for the wash itself. These folks are great for doing any little spots missed, or doing the little extras for you.

Fantastic hand wash, if you are expecting a $150 detail job this is not the place for you, but for a basic inside and outside clean, quick and cheap, this place cannot be beat. Will definitely be returning as they do much better than any "touchless" wash.

Disappointed!! Not with the wash service.... never quite got there, but with the way I was treated. Never having been there before I was not familier with shop rules & protocols. When I had decided to add to my requested wash I approached the young girl in the bay who had taken my request to inform her, but was met by the boss (apparently, how would I know) who gruffly informed me that I was not allowed in the bay with flip flops. Fine. I explained that I just wanted to change my order with the girl but was told to talk with him as he was "the boss". Not liking the way I was being spoken to, I decided to leave without the wash, and expressed my dissatisfaction with my treatment. Obviously, the guy has had trouble with this in past, and according to him "didn't want to get sued", but as a business owner he came across condesending and angry. People can read this and form their own opinions as to what kind of customer I was, but I'm a very easy going person, and felt obligated to post my frustration and disappointment. Maybe, I picked the wrong day to be there.....

My daughter showed up there to get her car cleaned a half hour before closing. She was in the parking lot on the phone with me. The owner approached the car, tried to open the locked door and then began to berate her for daring to show up at that time. She was scared by the experience. What a jerk.

I had a very unsatisfactory wash experience a few weeks back and wrote a review in this space clearly describing my dissatisfaction. I’ve deleted that review because to his credit, Cyril Arsenault called me to apologize and offer repair compensation. At Tip Top’s expense and recommendation, I took my vehicle to The Shine Depot where Ron the owner did a very good job removing the scratches. I’m not able to comment on the quality of Tip Top’s car wash performance since this incident, but will raise my rating from 1 star to 3 for the follow up and attempt by Cyril Arsenault to remedy the problem.

As far as car wash they do a good job. With respect to taking a seniors car in for them even after confirming they were in their system would not give senior discount. Shame on you. Does not offer military discount only RCMP and police hmmm very strange this veteran will not be back

Employees do not get a scheduled lunch break. They work 10 hours and only get to eat on the go or when it is slow. The management lies saying that the employees asked to keep working through lunch. I have reported business to labour board. Go somewhere else.

Was there today and it was a complete WASTE OF TIME! Wont be going back. Didn't even attempt to vacuum. When I phoned them to mention it. The owners response was less than helpful. Wish I had of read the reviews before hand.
