So I have read earlier reviews expressing concerns about the management of the Laundry. Well they are not unfounded. Today I went in and had a lovely experience, and chatted with the wonderful staff member, who I shall call M. Towards the end of my laundry, one of the owners, or the matriarch (I know her name, but it doesn't matter) came in and humiliated the worker in harsh tones. I would advise the owners of the laundromat to consider their attitude toward the staff, and mind their manners. I wasn't the only person there who watched the employee get berated needlessly. It was disgusting to see. That being said, I will return, as it generally is a well run company, and I support workers efforts and good attitude displays. Perhaps some sensitivity lessons are in order for said matriarch.

Our washing machine broke down so we had to go here a few times. We arrived about 40 mins before close, to do two loads. Just as we finished loading the machines, the lady came over and said we couldn't do our laundry, because it's too close to closing time. We tried to explain, that we weren't aware of that policy, as this was only the second time we've been there. We told her last time it took 30 mins, and we have 40 mins till close, and we do t need to dry them. She argured with us about this for a few mins before we just left. We were back at 10 mins to close, according to the clock on the wall. She accosted us again, about how she has to close now and that we should not have done our laundry. I pointed out the clock said we had 10 mins left. She replied that her clock was slow. She then proceeded to turn off all the lights and get her coat on, then stood and glared at us until we left.

Not a great customer service. Had a small mistake done with the payment for the machine, although the payment was already done; the staff didn't make a responsible decision and provided a terrible service regarding that. Staffs needs more training on proper decisions and discretions regarding the services. Facility doesn't have access for disabled. However, it has washroom, free wi-fi and phone charging facilities.

This laundry mat closes at 10pm. I was there at 9pm to be told I’m too late to do laundry. The cut off time is 8:30pm. I just wanted to wash a load of clothes. Not even dry them. Unbelievable!

I have mostly good experiences when I drop off my laundry to be cleaned but there is one older lady that is honestly quite rude. She’s really great at doing my laundry (pairs my socks and everything!) but her costumer service skills aren’t non existent and it makes me uncomfortable and want to avoid going when I see she’s working.

Place was dirty looking. I arrived at 8:30pm and was told as soon as I walked in the door by the cranky lady behind the counter “your not washing that now” I asked what time they closed? She said 10pm but it’ll take longer than that for you to wash and dry so you’ll have to come back another day. I’ll take my business elsewhere, like down the street to fluff and fold they would have let me do my laundry and the place doesn’t look like a hole in the wall like super clean. What a dive and horrible customer service.

Visited twice now and had good experiences both times. Staff were helpful and nice, no problem getting change as I only had bills. Washers are $2 a load, dryers are $2 for 32 minutes. There is detergent and dryer sheets available for purchase on-site. The building is in need of some updates and is a bit dirty inside, and the free wifi hasn't been working (might just be my phone though). But there is a washroom and enough places to sit. Definitely will return.

I've seen the owner come in a few times and snap out of nowhere at her staff and customers as well as hover over customers to double check their load size. Today, I accidentally put a toonie in the loonie slot on the washer and told the staff working. She told me that "I better not have jammed it" and that "I got lucky this time because they would have been screwed". The convenience this laundromat offers, is not worth feeling bad after being there. I don't recommend.

The washing machines are very old style ... My clothes were not rinsed properly and seems dirty after washing. Moreover, most of the times their big dryer noticed out of order ...so one has to wait for 2 hrs for their turn ....

That was my first time in this place and must say it was really nice experience. The lady attendee was very helpful, place was clean with working machines. It was reasonable priced and fast. Actually I had even some time with my husband to sit in a coffee place and relax a bit.

Very unfortunate circumstances as when I was looking for dry cleaning in Charlottetown this business popped up in the search results and was next to where I live. I had mentioned that I had dress shirts, dress pants and suit jackets for “cleaning” (who tf places suit jackets in laundry machines?) and they washed and dryed my two $300 suit jackets. I had not been told that they don’t provide any dry cleaning at any point inside the place or online. Very misleading to consumers/clients!

Very good place, with free parking for customer and WiFi. If you are travelling in Charlottetown, PEI is great to use it. Marliese was providing great customer service, showing care and eagerness to help.

Well I have been coming to this place for 10+ years place is clean nice updated washers and dryers and today I was told that I was not aloud to place underwear and socks in the big washer or the big dryer with my regular clothes now what would possibly be the theory behind that piece of knowledge the girl behind the counter said the owner told her to tell everyone she sees doing it, and I told her that I'm paying to have my clothes washed I'll use what ever washer is available. That's not going to get customers to stay if they start telling people crap like that. I'll be taking my clothes elsewhere from now on. ????????????

Started my loads at same time and timed them on my phone. One machine was accurate. The other was 7 minutes too fast. I paid for all that time and it washed for less.. Same models. Feel kinda scammed

The worst laundry you can go to if there is a lady with white hair never ever visit the place she will look at you as if you are a thief. She will pin point every little thing you do and will not stop looking at you as if you are the one who will break the machines, if you put cloths in washer she will continue to look at you and when you are done she will come to check if you have not over loaded the machine then even if it's not overloaded she will start lecturing you. The worst customer service you can ever experience. I have nothing against this laundry I have been here many times when there is any other workers other than her I'm happy to do the laundry Bt from now whenever I see her in the laundry I'll walk right out and go to another place where they don't treat you like idiots and thiefs.

I am visiting from States for 2 weeks and I needed to get some laundry done. This place was close to where I am staying so I gave it a shot. Its a laundromat so I wasn't expecting grand decor. I found the place to be neat and well equipped. Alice, who was on duty, was very nice. I had a stain I couldn't get out of a shirt and she showed me her method and even helped put the solution on the stain. I couldn't have asked for better service. The regular washer and driers were only $2 a load, a fair price by any standard. To top it off they have free WiFi, which was far better than my hotels, and that made doing my laundry chore a really pleasant experience.
