They came in for bedbugs and said they didn’t see any signs of them. My couch was crawling, bugs were all over the floor, and their dirt very apparent on the baseboards. They looked in every apartment and had the audacity to say there were no signs of bugs - people have been tossing their belongings for WEEKS. They said if they don’t see bugs they don’t spray and they won’t do the entire building even as a preventative. Everything was done exactly right for the bugs to stay and fester
