They are very professional and kind and led us through the whole process for the rebate too. From the first time Ryan came to give us a quote, he was very professional and listened to our needs. He recommended the best options for our home but did not pressure us into getting something we don't need just to get a "sale". If you're looking for a heat pump, RSI is the company to go with. Ryan came in and gave me several options. I had lots of questions that were promptly answered by email. Installation was done very professionally; the technicians removed their boots every time they came in the house and cleaned up any mess created from the install. I'll be in the market for a second heat pump in the next year and will be giving RSI my service then too.

The installer also took the time to explain the functions of the unit to get us started. We also had them in to do cleaning of our first heat pump that is now 6 years old.
