Friendly. Heap pump head clean. Only issue is the paint chip removed from the wall. Now, I have to repaint that area. But since I want to do some work in the room later on this winter which will include painting, Hydrokleen does not need to complete repairs.

Our technician Dan was punctual, professional and went above and beyond. Our Moncton home is 40+ years old and the previous owners had never had the dryer vent cleaned. Friendly, Courteous and Respectful of COVID protocols, very clean and presentable technician, Eric, used shoe coverings upon entering home every time he stepped outside to his utility van, explains procedures to every aspect of the job/cleaning and upon leaving asked if I had any questions....upon calling to book the appointment, the personal administrative assistant, Deborah, is extremely friendly and will definitely call them again????

Eric did an awesome job cleaning our heat pump here in Moncton.He went through the service checklist explaining everything.He was very polite and informative.Our heat pump is performing better than before! Just to add on here...we called them again to do our fathers home in Dieppe and he was impressed also ....so much so that he recommened them to his sister and she had her heat pump cleaned. Ive been pleased with a service well done that I have been recommeneding and posting !

Book the appointment through email, very fast response. Received messages telling me who the technician was and when he would arrive. A few minutes before the appointment the technician message was on his way. The technician arrived and was very professional, he took the time to explain everything he was going to do to our heat pump. He was very tidy in his work and polite. I would highly recommend HydroKleen to anyone who has a heat pump. Beware what they show you might be an eye opener. We ask to be put on the list for annual cleaning.

Very impressed with how professional, thorough, knowledgeable and respectful Eric was. Also impressed with the office staff! Our machines smelled sweet, like they had just been newly installed, after Eric left.
