This is my second time using High Valley and twice I'm very satisfied with the service. The lady on the phone is absolutely amazing. She is very friendly, and she was able to fit me in on a day that worked best for me. The plumber that came to my home today was a nice young man who fixed everything I needed fixed and was extremely polite. I had a very negative experience from my last plumbing company (Mr.plumber) not the plumber themselves but their secretary was extremely rude and I had nothing but misery with their service because of her. So a big thank you to the lady on the phone for making this such a better experience for me after such a horrible one. If I figure out your name I'll edit my review to include your name and give you the compliment you deserve.

Brad at the team did everything we needed to renovate our basement. Their positive attitude and professional work took all the stress away from the build. We use them and recommend them every chance we get. ????

change isn't good

Called them and was told I'd get a call back to schedule a time within the next few days to have someone come out and look at the renovations and give us a quote, few weeks later still have never heard back from them called two more times and no answer.
