First snow of the year....they are slammed! Plow Operator missed the back section of my driveway. One quick call and it was taken care of. No voice mail, no busy signal, a person! Job done! Great job guys!

Unfortunately I was ripped off by this company and sent to a collection agency that screwed my credit! I never used them for service but they sent me a bill anyways! ????????‍♀️ They refuse to fix it! Crooks if you ask me! I attempted to get it fixed for months!

I would highly recommend this company. Have been using them for years to clean my driveway with no problems. Always here on time in the morning and later to finish cleaning driveway.

These guys are wonderful. They always have our lot cleaned by 8:30 when the lot opens and if it snows during the day they always come back. They have respect for our property and our neighbours property. I would highly recommend them.

Hired this company for a one-time driveway clean and they did a shoddy job, removing very little snow in the 5 seconds they spent in my lane - for $40.25. I called them several times to ask that they come back to do a better job, but they never did. I was given an apology but it didn't mean much as actions in this case speak louder than words. When I spoke to the receptionist for the 3rd and last time she told me "I already apologized, what more do you want? Put your concerns in an email." So I did and haven't heard from them and don't expect to. Pitiful service and we'll never call on them again.

It is now 9:40am on Saturday morning, February 15th. and I we are still waiting for the A and M snowplough to come to our street. The last snowfall was overnight on Thursday, Feb 13. There are about 7/8 customers in this area and the snow is still built up in our laneways. I call and leave messages but no reply. This is not an exceptional service, I provided payment in full well before the first snowfall. All I ask is for an explanation of this delay in service.......

We paid them 1600$ to plow our drive way this winter (we do have a long driveway). It has stormed twice this year. They would come in the morning and then not again. They would about a 6 feet of snow behind our cars. We would have to call to have them come clear it again when we get home from work. Luckily they do normally come fast after we call them but for 1600$ we shouldn't have to be calling them to come clear our driveway! That's what we are paying them for!
