Tartan has been one of the best experiences we have had with trades in the valley ever! In a time when you can't even get a phone call back he actually gets back to you, and on the same day! He even perfers texts (the website number) which is so convenient for us, or a friendly chat on the phone. We had a chimney that was leaking into our home and he came the next day to wrap our chimney. He took the the initiative to gatorgorize our repair as a emergency, and made a concious effort to get to us asap. We are now booked in the February for his moss removal and gutter cleaning service and are feeling confident we will not be disappointed. It is rare to find someone like Dylan (and his adorable dog Lucy) who still treats a home owner like a priority. If I could give him more stars I would, in other words would reccomend :)
