Our community association in Fanny Bay got three quotes for a major clean-up of our hall because our funds come from fund raising and grant writing. Confidence in what we heard from Shine-Eze Window Care regarding how they would approach the work was a deciding factor in our choice. We had our gutters cleaned and vinyl siding hand washed. The windows were cleaned inside and out and our Hall is now gleaming. The Shine-Eze team arrived before the scheduled 8:30 am and were done by 11:30 am. The grounds were clean, no gutter leaf debris to show they were ever there!

I had shineeze wash my exterior windows, vinyl siding, gutters, and awning. And wow!!!! I had been shopping around, getting multiple quotes and even considering just painting the vinyl siding however the prices presented to me were shocking!!! I kept putting off dealing with the hideous exterior of my home until finally a friend recommended Dwayne for shineeze. Dwayne worked with my hectic schedule and got me a prompt quote - the cost was substantially less then everyone else and he included more services than anyone else. His guys were professional and courteous and had the job done in no time at all. The results - my house looks new !!! My gutters and awning which I was certain were black were actually white - brilliant white. My windows spotless! My siding that I wanted to replace is back to its former glory. I never write reviews but feel the need to share this experience with everyone.

Arrangements were made promptly once the needs of my home had been identified. I was notified well in advance of a slight change in scheduling which was required once they had arrived at the job preceding mine. (same day, brief change to time. The early notification allowed me to successfully my plans accordingly). There was more than one workman - one taking care of the windows, another attending to the gutters. Workmen were polite, efficient in the over all job, and quick in the assessment of the interior demands (re placement of ladders etc). The fellows were more than ready to cater to my specific requests. Well worth the money for a job well done (in cold rainy blustery weather). Much appreciated. Plan to take future advantage of this service !

Have used Dwayne for a couple of years now and he always manages to make my windows sparkle. Very responsive and willingly sets up a schedule so I can count on the windows being cleaned a few times a year. My windows are awkward to reach but there's no problem for him. Reasonably priced, which is a bonus!
