Just had these folks clean my ducting which was .....overdue. UBER professional crew. This local business was referred to us by coworkers which is always the BEST and most credible advertising. The crew was friendly, professional and patient taking the time to explain the process vice just coming in and “doing the job”. They also hi-lighted a couple potential issues with my furnace that I should be aware of for the future which was above and beyond the call. Finally, they did not try to OVERSELL the service by telling me that I should get the service performed annually. I highly recommend Oliver’s and will be using them again for my next duct cleaning.

They apparently cleaned our chimney and forgot to clasp the top cap. Sent pictures and copy of the bill and asked if they forgot to clip the top cap. Once the owner received my complaint my issue was corrected immediately

Took two weeks to receive a reply regarding services requested. Had to schedule with a competitor of Oliver's. Instead of an apology or explanation why the tardiness, I was offered a rude response. I definitely do not recommend this company, especially with the competition available on the Island.

Front end staff that answers the phone has terrible customer service skills and is rude, condescending and abrupt... and when you try to explain the situation she just gets more aggressive and hangs up on you... if you don’t mind dealing with unprofessional administrative staff— the technicians might be good- but when they came to our home they didn’t fix anything and wouldn’t tell us their findings on their inspection of our fireplace .. so I can’t say I would recommend dealing with this company.

We had our ducts cleaned, our crawlspace power vacuumed and our dryer vent cleaned out. The entire process was excellent, from the initial phone contact, the estimate, to the job completion. After the ducts were cleaned we noticed an incredible difference in the air quality immediately. Even the smell was different. I've been living with a stuffy nose for years and it began to clear within hours. We were amazed and shocked to see that the pile of dryer fluff that was removed was at least 2 feet high. I appreciated that Richard and Tyler gave us tips to help keep the air in our home cleaner. They also used corner protectors to ensure our walls were not marked up. Several neighbours recommended Oliver's to us and we will do the same. Excellent service from a local business that exceeded our expectations in every way.
