We've used them twice. Once for a move in carpet clean in April 2020 and they made the dismal carpets come back to life. They also cleaned our new-to-us couch earlier this year and they successfully removed all remnants of the previous owners. I will definitely use them again in the future as they were prompt and worked hard to ensure the carpet and couch came out sparkling.
