My house is so clean because of Tripple J service cleaning. I love how my house smells after the cleanings. The washrooms are cleaned so perfectly with all the corners wiped up and cleaned. I do not have to worry about cleaning my own house with their services. You can get bi-weekly or monthly, they are affordable and are very hard working to meet client's expectations. Also, they take initiative doing more work then required. Finally, i can get some help doing the house chores and have some time for myself. I feel stress free now that i have a trustworthy company taking care of my weekly house cleaning. Thank you so much.

Based off the reviews I was excited to use this company, bought a new house so it’s completely empty and ready to clean. However, the cleaners came an hour and a half late. Then took their time cleaning, took way too many smoke breaks along with breaks to apply lotion. We saw them cleaning the same thing over and over again as if they wanted to look busy.The owner was very polite and had he came an cleaned it himself Im sure it would have been done with proper care. So many things were left un clean, and they did not leave my house smelling fresh and clean. Honestly I’m not one to complain but they put no care into cleaning my home. UPDATE !!!! The owner reached out to me and was on top of this situation, he offered to come and fix what was missed himself but because I already cleaned it- he offered me a partial refund. Such a polite encounter. Thank you for caring.

They did a really excellent job deep cleaning our house. It hadn't been properly cleaned in at least 6 months and dust was everywhere. Lissett booked us in very quickly as we were getting guests with allergies. She and her team even did the interior windows! I would ahve no hesitation recommending them to friends or family. They were efficient and thorough. We will use them again.

James and his wife went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I had to move in to a new house as soon as possible and they made sure every corner of the house is cleaned perfectly. One of their associates came in the first day and left us unsatisfied but once James came to know, him and his wife responded right away and took the responsibility to clean our house the very next day by themselves. Triple J did an amazing job deep cleaning my apartment before move in. They arrived promptly and took all the necessary Covid pre-cautions. All surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Triple J Cleaning are 'awesome'. This was the 2nd time we contacted them for their services. They were able to take a relative's condo which was filthy dirty and unsanitary to a pristine almost new condition. A painting service was also provided which handled the transformation. I have used several cleaning services in the last few years and Triple J has been my best experience. I'm picky, so the attention to detail and thorough job that Cindy did made me so happy. It was great value for the price, and the house was sparkling clean. I could see my reflection in my kitchen sink ???? Edit: Had my second cleaning today, and I would add an extra star if I could. Cindy is a magical cleaning fairy and SO nice. She even brought treats for my cat who was spooked when she came last time! So happy I switched from my other cleaning service.

As a former client, I felt compelled to share my experience. Tripplejcleaning sent 2 cleaners for a 2900 square ft. home ages 76 and owners 63yr old Mother. No Covid protocols, (as promised) smoker, came with dirty cleaning equipment : hair coming out of vacuum head, used dusters. The cleaners came 2 hours late. Instructions not followed. Floors left dirty, toilets not properly cleaned, many areas in dusting missed. Gave Tripplejcleaning company 3 chances and the owner (James Brandon) only wanted more money for this substandard clean. In my opinion if you hire Tripplejcleaning company, be prepared to clean behind them.
