Our experience with K-W duct cleaning went exactly how you'd hope it would: Jay and Edwin were extremely responsive, arrived on time, didn't try to upsell, but where very helpful and patient in educating us on their various services when we asked. They were very friendly and efficient. I feel so happy with our decision to get all of our ducts and our dryer vent cleaned as well as our furnace cleaned. I can hear and feel the difference in our heating system! They even disinfected our furnace which should help with allergies. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Quality duct cleaning! Team showed up right on time as scheduled. Communication leading up to appointment was great as well. They were very quick and thorough, and paid attention to detail. Jay and his team were professional, efficient, friendly and a pleasure to deal with! They wore masks and gloves throughout the entire service and were able to get the job done quicker than promised, which was much appreciated. My house is only 2 years old, but the ducts were never cleaned after it was built. As a result there was a build up of construction debris in them. I have already noticed less dust in my house since Jay cleaned everything out! I highly recommend getting it done even if your house is new. I am very pleased with the service, it was a great value and they did an excellent job. Thanks again

Our first time using KW Duct after another company tried to bait and switch by doubling the cost to clean our ducts on the day of the appointment. KW Duct agreed in writing to a flat fee in advance. They were communicative by email and text before the appointment and did a good job. Good value for money.
