John was a pleasure to work with. We had a couch stain that looked difficult to fully remove. When looking into potential businesses to have quote, we noticed reviews stating John's honesty in discussing any difficulties in fully removing a stain before beginning the work. That was very much what we experienced as well. While John was completely transparent about some aspects of the stain that would prove difficult in providing 'as new' quality, it came out perfectly. He was also very kind to our young son and rambunctious dog. We'll be quick to recommend him to friends.

These have lived through baby-toddler-child, dog, lots of people... they needed to be replaced but we decided to try having them cleaned instead. What an amazing difference! Like new!
