I have used this company for several months. At first they were amazing. I would like to start by saying that the cleaning team does a lovely job. The issues I have are that the fee keeps changing & new fees keep getting added, the company has poor communication skills, they constantly reschedule at the last minute, they ignore requests from the client and they are very rude in their email communications. There is no interest in customer satisfaction.

Would not recommend this cleaning service. All I can say they did was vacuum. No dusting at all . Terrible cleaning company. Do not do as they say they will do!!also was told the time they would arrive and they where an hour late.
