I bought a large, bright coloured, older wool rug off Kijiji. It was beautiful, however it was dirty and damaged from the previous owner keeping it folded up in a dark damp basement. Had an emergency and needed carpets/house cleaned (my dog got skunked). Carpet Masters was able to fit me in early the next morning. Dano andJohn showed up a few minutes early and got started right away after assessing what had to be done and giving me a quote. Very professional and courteous, and used shoe booties as they worked. They gave me several good suggestions for getting rid of the smell. Quote, by the way, was very reasonable. Did carpets and hard surfaces in just under 90 minutes. I will certainly use Carpet Masters again.

Carpet Masters did a great job on 2 cream coloured 5’x7’ area rugs. I would definitely recommend them! They are a local company that has been in business for a long time and they go above and beyond in my opinion. I wasn’t necessarily looking for the cheapest company, but I was looking for the best, and Carpet Masters is it.

Did a great job on the pet stains and odours. Our entrance area was very dirty and looked like it was grease stained and it came out super clean. I rented a cleaner from a grocery store prior and it didnt clean the carpet, just made it wet. Very happy with the end result. Will use them again if needed. The price was great too!

Great service! Very professional. Their automated system is awesome... we were notified when they were on route and who would be cleaning our carpets as well as when the job was finished. We had our carpets cleaned for pet odour removal, however it's too soon to tell if the odour is completely gone as they were just cleaned today but so far they smell nice and fresh!

Carpet Masters did an excellent job cleaning our area rug. It didn't have any major stains, but after years of our dog running in and out, the occasional spill, and visitors who forgot to take their shoes off, it was looking far from its best. We considered buying a new one, but decided to give Carpet Masters a try, instead. I'm very glad we did! Our rug looks terrific and the customer service was great. Dano even followed up with an email to make sure we were happy.

I hired Carpet Masters to clean my area rug, and am very pleased with their services. The gentlemen who came to my home moved all of my furniture out of the way, rolled up the rug, and moved everything back where it belonged, before taking my carpet to their place of business to be cleaned. Within a few days my rug was returned to me. Again, the gentlemen moved all of my furniture out of the way, rolled out my area rug, and then returned everything to its original position. My carpet looked amazing. It was lighter, cleaner, and the fibers looked much fluffier. I am very pleased with the service I received from Carpet Masters.
