I've been extremely happy using NewGen's cleaning services for ~1 year. Kathleen & Charles and their team have provided excellent high-quality cleaning at a reasonable rate, and are very responsive to my frequent requests at all times of day. They rarely miss an item during a cleaning, and if they do, they're immediately onsite to fix it. They did such a great job of the hotel-style cleaning for 6 Airbnb units (2 bed/2 bath) that I hired them for the common areas of our new 135-unit Class A apartment building (hallways, elevators, office, gym, lounge and rooftop patio). Their attention to detail and diligence following cleaning procedures during COVID-19 has allowed us to keep our building extra safe for residents and open our common amenities. We recommend their services to our tenants at move-out to alleviate the stress of cleaning when moving, and they always deliver great work within a short time frame at month-end. Several of the other Google Reviews are from our tenants who hired them for regular cleaning during their tenancy, and we are fortunate to have access to reliable and trustworthy cleaners for our property.

We recently hired NewGen Cleaning Services for their "move in/move out" service to clean our rental condo between tenants. Kathleen was very responsive and great to deal with. They arrived a bit later than had originally been scheduled, but I received a text in advance notifying me that they were running behind. They sent a team of 3 who finished the job in just under 3 hours. The condo was sparkly clean when they were finished (I've seriously never seen the tub that clean before!). Best of all, their flat rate for "move in/move out" is very affordable compared to what I was quoted elsewhere. 100% recommend and would hire again.
