This company was hired to do our move-out clean and carpet clean as part of our agreement while purchasing our new home. When we moved in, the quality of the clean was very poor. The carpets were supposed to be cleaned but they seemed like they weren't even touched and had intense poor smells of dirty animal odours. I was exhausted from moving so I decided to not complain and just try and use my own carpet cleaner and see what I could do about the dirt and smell, which took me about 10 tries over 3 weeks to finally clean them on my own because they were filthy and done so poorly (pictures are the results for a couple of the attempts of trying to clean on my own). I finally decided that enough was enough and called the company to tell them about my poor experience. Even tho I had the invoice number and receipt ready as back up, the lady who answered my call essentially told me that since I was not the one who paid (the seller of the house did as per our agreement) that they could not do anything about this even tho it was the poor job of their company and that I would have to pay for them to come back and fix their mistakes.... so I asked if the owner could give me a call and she said absolutely, but now it has been days of silence. I am so defeated by this process and how poorly I was treated by this company. I do NOT recommend their services. Save your money and go to a company who cares about their customers.

I have been on disability and needed help to get this place back up to speed. I called Mrs. Clean. Three ladies came for deep cleaning for 3.5 hours each (they gave me their names but I miss placed the business card they wrote it on -- I think their names were Donna, Kelly and Jodi) They cleaned for over three hours and still managed to clean, dry, fold and put away 5 loads of laundry at the same time. It was about eight years ago that I had the good fortune of finding Mrs Clean Calgary. I don’t recall how I found her but it might have been through Kijiji Calgary. All I know is that I had been ripped off by my previous cleaning service and I was a little cautious about taking on another smaller service. (they have grown steadily since then in the right way) What I did know is I was not going to go with one of those big “country wide big named franchised companies” I had tried them and was not impressed. It is so nice to come home to a sparkling clean home. My home has hardwood floors through-out and they always look great. Bathrooms super clean and my kitchen is a pleasure to be in. I just wish I could justify having them in on a weekly basis. But with only myself in the house it is nice they will come in, based upon my needs and my schedule. I highly recommend Mrs. Clean - Aging and Long Term Care of Calgary Inc. to take care of all your cleaning requirements. You will not be disappointed. Geoffrey

They advertised on their website a rate for families with disabilities. Not a promotional thing, like listed under services. There is a whole write up about how they have an employee who’s child has cerebral palsy and how they want to offer a discounted rate for families with kids with disabilities. When I called them they refused to honor that. They said it was promotional and the promotion had ended. I texted her the link showing it’s a permanent part of her web page and says nothing about a limited time. She still said they won’t honor that price of $29 an hour. Only $45. Very dissapointed

After receiving extremely poor service from a competing cleaning company, I reached out to Mrs. Clean to fill the gap! My first point of contact was Kimberly. She was prompt in returning my web query and came to my place for a pre-clean walk-through. Then they booked us with only 24 hours notice. The two ladies (Donna & Vickie) arrived 15 minutes early and did an EXCELLENT job in making sure our place met our lofty standards. Thank you and we'll definitely be using you again!

I hired Mrs Clean to complete a full house move out clean in August as I moved out of town and had no time to complete the clean myself, so to make it easier my husband and I found this company. Mrs. Clean sent me a list of the items that would be cleaned in the house and I found it was ideal to what was needed. The house was not in terrible condition to begin with. I was quoted a reasonable amount for the clean and provided approval to proceed. One hour before our move out inspection after the clean was “completed”, we were left in shock when we entered the home to find it was not cleaned entirely. The only items of the home that were reasonably cleaned was the stove top elements and inside the fridge. I was advised that this “clean” took 2 cleaners 2.5 hours to complete. Nothing was dusted, vacuumed, water stains in the sink, cabinets were not wiped down, the list goes on. Had I had time to do this clean myself, I could have done the whole house myself in 2.5 hours, and done a better job than what ever these cleaners supposedly did. Both my husband and I were left scrambling 1 hour before our move out inspection, to clean the house and get it up to a reasonable standard. We ended up having to borrow cleaning supplies from our neighbours as we arrived at the property expecting it to have been cleaned by Mrs. Clean. Because the job was not completed, this ended up costing us more money than anticipated, we had to pay our landlord extra to have it cleaned again. Needless to say, I contacted the owner of Mrs. Clean regarding this as we were both so upset that this happened. I was given 2 different excuses: One being something related to covid and their employees and being short staffed, and the other being some sort of miscommunication between who scheduled my job and relaying information to the cleaners based on what I was quoted. Regardless I understand mistakes happen, but no communication was made to see if they could rectify the situation until I sent an email and had to call several time’s to get a hold of someone. If there was miscommunication like I was told, a simple phone call to myself would have solved it. Period. No excuses and problem solved. Mrs Clean Calgary still felt it was necessary to send me an invoice me for this (at first for the full amount after I had emailed them about what happened) regardless of the inconvenience and terrible job preformed, and despite the fact this company ended up costing me more money and time in the long run. We came to an agreement (which I found ridiculous, but just paid them something to be done with them forever). I paid them for what ever kind of terrible cleaning service I received.

If you are looking for reliability and for someone to respect your time, look elsewhere. I called and spoke with Lana and Olga and booked an initial cleaning at 4pm today. At 4:05pm today, Olga texts me saying "the girls will be at your place around 4:45pm". No apology whatsoever for being 45min late. This was very poor notice but I understand things happen. However, I called Olga to discuss and her dead pan response: "sorry but we can't control it if our girls are late with another job". I had scheduled a huge part of my day to be home at 4pm for this cleaning (I even requested to leave work early for this) and I felt committed as this was the only day I could be home for the cleaning and so I accepted the 4:45pm later time. At 4:32pm, Olga sends me another text: Unfortunately, the girls are not able to come today as they need to stay longer than we expected at another place...". This is very unprofessional and poor customer service. Now I am scrambling to find new cleaners for today and no one is available on such short notice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. UPDATE: They will also require a credit card to be left on file before they will even book you in. Ironically, they expect you to leave a credit card on file to protect themselves (Olga said they will charge your credit card if you cancel on them) BUT yet you have NO PROTECTION if they short notice cancel on you. I have had other professional cleaners in the past and have never been required to leave a credit card on file before a cleaning job is booked This is NOT the standard. If you do not feel comfortable leaving your credit card on file from an unreputable cleaning company, I highly recommend going elsewhere. There are a lot of other cleaning companies out there with more google reviews and with better ratings. I called around and explained my situation and at least 3 other companies were very compassionate and helpful.

First off i got a quote from them for a 3 hour deep clean; which was messed up as they didn't look at all and gave me false prices and I had specifically asked on the phone twice about the dirty mold on the dishes . Im not one to complain but my depression had gotten quite bad I was given hope by this company just to be let down! The girls finished and I've just had a look around and im not very happy its not what I was hoping for but they were super nice and kind and the bathroom they did pretty well. But now have to get someone to come do the dishes, organize, mop my floors and clean and wipe my cupboards which they didn't even do still marks all over the walls; not happy at all for a deep clean but for a general tidy not bad. Giving 3 stars cause the customer service is so nice!

Unacceptable Service. We booked Mrs Clean for their move out service which had two cleaners come for two hours for a move out clean. Our very small house (750 sqft) needed a deep clean and in that amount of time it got a decent wipe down. Nothing was done thoroughly- no scrubbing, kitchen cabinets left un wiped, blinds not cleaned, baseboards not wiped.They claim they needed more time, no questions asked. we granted more time, although the never told us they would leave our house in such sub-par condition. We would have granted more time if needed. Their internal and customer communication protocols are cumbersome, ineffective, and unacceptable. There were areas of our home that were completely untouched. Lastly, they left a bag of garbage at our backdoor for us to take care of. Very unsatisfied with the results, very unsatisfied with the process, and in engaging their team on our experience we were told "there's nothing we can do" which is also unacceptable.

The bathrooms look new. Masks and gloves were worn which is important in Covid times. I highly recommend this firm and these individuals.

I have been using Mrs Clean services for several years now and have always been happy with their service. They provide an excellent service and are reliable and flexible. My cleaners Nadia and Vickie do such a great job. I have dark maple hardwood on the main floor and it’s always so hard to clean but they get it super clean every time. I also have 2 teenage boys who make such a mess in their bathroom and they make it sparkle every time. I highly recommend this company, they are also priced reasonably.
