I called EFS on a Wednesday evening at approx 9pm and left a voice mail - had a return call before 9:30 pm and booked a service call for the very next day . Was given an approx cost and Had a confirmation email of the service call time within minutes of hanging up the phone. The Technician Hunter, was extremely polite, professional and efficient. He also had to wait for approx 10 minutes in order to do an area where we had a meeting going on. He and I had great conversation while he waited, was very patient and informative regarding the questions I asked about the process and was quick to complete the task. Within a couple hours of Hunter leaving I had an invoice emailed to me that was less $ than the estimate given to me the night before. Would definatley recommend this company and Hunter.
