They got all the dust and crumbs that others have missed in the past, and even gave my garbage can a good wipe down! They were quick, friendly and the supervisor stopped by the first clean to manage and go through expectations- I knew exactly what to expect and could add things on then and there. I was disappointed with this service. I hired them for a staging clean of my house prior to listing. The lady who came over was very nice and worked very hard but deffinatly missed some stuff. When I had mentioned this to the owner, she had asked for pictures of spots I had issues with, which I sent her. Whole closet not cleaned, TONS of oven cleaner left in oven, many spots not dusted and multiple areas on the floor still dirty. I heard back from her many days later asking if they could come back in to fix these issues. I told her we had already spent quite a bit of time fixing these issues as we needed the house perfect for photos and showings that had already happened. Never heard back from her again. Very disappointed with her response and customer service.
