The last few months we've run into quality issues in the cleaning done. So dissapointing. Citrus doesn't appear to have alignment in cleaning standards with their staff, so results vary a lot. I never know what I am going to get. We've decided to part ways. This is just not a reliable service. I reported these issues and the solution was not amicable. I didn't expect this after using this service for so many years. It's been a six months of hit and miss cleaning. I'd suggest looking at a different company before this one. I just saw the reply from the owner below ????. I had to ask them to stop emailing me as they were upset that I left a review and were becoming pretty sour. My review stays.

I recommend this company if you need cleaning regularly or are moving and want a move-out clean. The staff are simply excellent. They have looked after my house since Fall 2019. The house looks and smells lovely when they have finished. Absolutely 5 Star service in every way.

This company is not recommended. I had confirmed pricing and an appointment time with the company. One day before I texted to confirm the appointment and I was told the appointment cannot be done any more as they don't have enough staff. If I had not texted them to confirm, they would not have notified me. Then, the company said that I needed to call a different number and talk to the cleaning lady directly to book an appointment, AND that I was being charged a higher price than originally quoted to me. Unprofessional service and it is very complicated and inconvenient to book with them.

Other than one move out clean years ago, I am new to having cleaning help. In fact, I was set against having help cleaning-I have always believed it to be my job in my house and I have high standards of clean! I found myself becoming stretched so thin-patience and time, and was finding it so difficult to keep up. I apprehensively, yet thoroughly researched many cleaners until I came upon Olga and Citrus, and I am now so happy to have found this company. My initial conversation with Olga put me completely at ease. She is informative, extremely helpful and her communication with the client is, in my experience, above and beyond. She ensures all my questions and needs are answered/seen to consistently. Her cleaning team is prompt, thorough, focused and efficient. As well as having a great work ethic, the ladies are so very kind/friendly/nice! The way they work as a team ensures each floor of my house is covered, and if there is a special area I would like to have more focus on, I am encouraged to communicate this to Olga before my cleaning day so she is able to be certain it is carried out. She is very involved in maintaining a high standard of cleaning, which is of utmost importance to me, and often pops in at completion time to do a quick inspection, and if that isn't possible with her schedule, she is in contact via e mail to inquire as to how the cleaning was. Citrus does use their own cleaning products, which I find to be great. They also do have their own vacuum, but at my place they use mine-I believe they prefer to use the household's vacuum for allergy/hygiene reasons (i.e. one household may have pets, the other may not, and may have allergies-then the same vacuum would not be used for both houses) and I enjoy that they are so careful and aware. Olga is transparent(no hidden costs) and competitive with her pricing, which is determined by the square footage of the house, how many floors are included, and the frequency of the cleanings. With two young school age children who keep getting busier, a husband who's time is very much dedicated to running his/our business-which often means being away, and a good size home to maintain, Citrus has helped to keep it at the level of clean I strive for, but was failing to keep up with. They have given us back some much needed, valuable family time, peace of mind for me???? and because of this, relieved much undue stress! Thank you so much, Olga and the Citrus Team!

Of all the cleaning companies I looked at when booking a cleaning company, Citrus Cleaning was at the top. This was for 3 reasons: issue resolution, transparency of cleaning tasks, and cost. Whenever there's an issue, Olga responds to it, and you can even see that in any of the reviews here. Olga provides a clear task list of all the items they clean in their standard clean, which does include baseboards and window sills. Other companies do not go into this cleaning level. Citrus Cleaning is very competitive on cost, and depending on how often you want your house or business cleaned, the cost schedule matches that.

Most companies focus on floors and bathrooms and not much else. Citrus cleans so much more. I've had Barb since March and every time she comes, my house is jaw dropping clean. She cleans it better than I could do myself. She works flat out for 4 hours. She's incredible. It is such a relief to find a really good cleaning company. The owner is awesome too and very responsive to emails. I've had Citrus also clean out my gutters and do a move out clean. Always do an amazing job. I highly recommend them.

Our realtor, a very well-connected individual, highly recommended Olga and her team. We were very fortunate for that recommendation as the job they did was amazing and certainly contributed to the quick sale of our home. The two-person super duo (Elena and Iryna) had our place gleaming and shining, all nooks and corners cleaned, every surface scrubbed; I can confidently say it was never so clean in all the time we lived there. In fact, the standup shower looked brand new, gone were the hard water stains that Calgary is so famous for, replaced with an absolutely see-through glass enclosure, it was truly remarkable. We had Citrus back out to our place to complete a move-out cleaning and again their two person crew (Ruth and Elena) did not disappoint. Our house was scrubbed, buffed and shined from basement to second story. The house looks and smells amazing, the new owners will undoubtedly be as happy with the job as I am! My only regret is that my new home doesn’t have that same level of clean, but that will soon be remedied! Once the moving boxes are put away and we are fully unpacked, we will be engaging Olga and her team to complete regular services: they are that good and worth every penny and more. We very highly recommend Olga and the rest of the Citrus Cleaning team, you will be in very good hands and your place will be absolutely immaculate when they are done with it!

I have my house cleaned on a weekly basis and I could not be happier with the results. Olga's service was recommended to my family by a trusted mom-friend at school. I was so happy and relieved to have found such great quality of service quickly, in 2019. We've had multiple cleaning services in our home, and Citrus Cleaning does an amazingly clean job. At the start, our four young children were in school and my husband was undergoing chemotherapy and other cancer treatments. I really needed the extra help and resulting "extra" time. Olga is very professional. Her staff is very thorough and responsive. The whole team is flexible to our needs. For example, it works better for us for her team to skip the kitchen (I am constantly using the kitchen during the day), so the team adjusted. If I needed a schedule change, they adjusted. And, the team worked around two pre-schoolers at home in the afternoon, plus my convalescing husband at home.
