Very professional group. Within a week or so I was able to submit a request for an estimate, have the sales rep come out and write up a quote, and schedule the crew for the actual gutter cleaning. The price was extremely fair from what I've seen. On the day of the visit, the crew gave me a call when they were heading out, and took before/after photos and sent them to me afterwards. I've recommended Vancouver Home Maintenance in Burnaby to my parents who needed their gutters cleaned and I will be using them in the future for any time I need my gutters cleaned!

Last year was the second year in a row I hired Vancouver Home Maintenance to do fall gutter cleaning at my house. Timing a fall gutter cleaning is often tricky as the window of time between the trees shedding their last leaves and the beginning of ice and snow can be brief. James' diligent communication as weather delays affected their schedule was greatly reassuring. With more than one other company, I've been stood up without a word. Trying to reschedule a gutter cleaning service at the last minute at the peak of the gutter cleaning season is next to impossible. James made sure I knew they would get the job done despite weather delays. As soon as the weather allowed, their crew arrived to do the job. They were friendly and informative as they explained exactly how they would be clearing my gutters and downspouts. It was fast and cleared my gutters and downspouts.
