We’ve recently had our couch cleaned, and I have to say that the result exceeded our expectations! We had Adrian as our technician and he did a wonderful job! We had quite a few white stains on our couch that we couldn’t get rid of by ourselves but now they are gone! Good Covid safety practices. I went out for a walk and Darcel sent me a text message as he was about to finish so that I could come home. Great, very responsive communication through the quote and booking process. SmithWerks will be asked back the next time I need my carpet cleaned.

I booked an appointment to have my sectional cleaned only six months after I bought it, as my puppy had peed on it a few times. The enzymatic spray I used to get the accidents out ended up staining the upholstery and leaving a strong scent. Jason was the technician who showed up, and the cleaning went great. My dog tends to bark at guests, but Jason was super friendly and understanding about it. He got the cleaning done in a time efficient manner, and it definitely looks and smells better than before! I was also working from home during the appointment and didn't find the sound to be too distracting. Overall I am very happy that I went forward with booking the cleaning, and will definitely use Smithwerks again in the future if need be :)

Adrian and Ryan came an hour later to clean the basement carpets and they both exhibited the same qualities. The carpets, area rugs and upholstery look wonderful. I recently had my carpets and area rugs cleaned. The technician, Colin, phoned me before the time of the appointment to say that he was ahead of schedule so he could arrive early if I wished. I said yes and he duly arrived. I asked him some questions about the time he would take and whether we should stay out of the house because of any chemicals he was using. He answered promptly and just said that the carpets would be damp for about an hour. He finished in the expected time. We were very satisfied with the service in every way. The carpets are very old but they now look much better
