This is the 2nd time our Strata has had the pleasure of getting our carpets cleaned with Areo Capret Services Ltd. The level of service we have received each time has been well above expectation. The team is very friendly, hardworking, knowledgeable and a complete pleasure to work with. The attention to detail was amazing (I didn't even have anything to pick apart, and I am VERY picky). We went a little longer than usual between cleanings (over two years since the last cleaning... usually we only go one year between cleanings) and after this last cleaning, our 7 year old carpets look brand new again!!! They are also very timely. They arrived right when they said they would and were finished and packed up in under 4 hours. We had 6 hallways, three stairsways, a gazibo and 4 thow carpets cleaned in that time, with the attention to detail being immaculate!!! Thank you so, so much Jamie and Chris !!!! I have been getting nothing but praise and compliments from all the owners in our Strata since you have been here. The hallways smell really nice too...LOL. I truely can't wait to have you back again this fall !! ????

This company saved me from having to just throw out my couches and rugs - and even made them like new (which says a lot for the mess kids make too!) while the staff at aero carpet are very friendly, I would warn anyone before using their service. I had two wool rugs cleaned there, each with white fringe. since bringing the rugs home the fibers of the fringes have been falling out every day. a whole handful could come out with a gentle tug, because the fibers have become extremely weak. when contacted, aero said that their cleaning practices were probably "too harsh". it's pretty common knowledge that bleach harms fibers so I was shocked that they didn't at least call me to ask if I wanted to risk it. I'd rather have a stained but intact rug than one that has been bleached so much it's falling apart! I'm very disappointed—the edges of both rugs are ruined.

My experience with Aero was amazing. I had issues with the water being turned off in my building on the day they came to clean my carpets. They totally understood the situation and didn't charge me, they also rescheduled me as soon as they could for another day. When Richard came to clean, he did an amazing job and was able to get out some really tough stains. He arrived, set up and cleaned 2 bedrooms all within 1 hour. I was so impressed with their professionalism, customer service, and overall friendliness. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!

I recently dropped my 6X9 jute rug off to be cleaned and they did an AMAZING job!! MY rug came back cleaned and they even helped retie some of the ends that were coming undone. My rug looks like it is brand new again. I would highly recommend this place.

Made an appointment to have our oriental wool rug cleaned. Aero gave us a 2 hour window for it to be picked up on a Saturday. Waited for 15 min past the window and then had to leave. Aero called the following week and said we were not home. When i told them the story, the response was "oh, we were there 20 min past the window". (If i said we waited 30 min, i am pretty sure there response would be they were there 35 min past) The lady i talked with on the phone was very nice and apologetic and was most likely relaying what she was told. But here is the bottom line; I checked both phones i gave them numbers to and neither had any incoming calls that afternoon... busted. Ended up paying twice as much to have our rug cleaned. However, when you have a very expensive rug and the company you are trusting it to doesn't show up (or modify a 2 hour window) you have made a bad decision. Sorry Aero, you just do not deserve my business. ps: now they are operating under a new name...

An excellent carpet service! One of my antique Persian rugs had a fairly large black area with a gooey sludge like substance on it that had worn into the fibres and had been there for years. I managed to get some of the goo out but accepted the fact that it was there for good. I took this rug in with my others and was astonished when the 'goo' rug came back in perfect condition. I couldn't even tell where the stain had been. The rest of the rugs look beautiful!

I just wanted to say how delighted I am with "AERO Carpet Services." To explain, I have "Light Cream Area Rugs" which you remove and take to your own Facility for cleaning. (You have done this for seven years now.) When the Area Rugs are returned I am always very pleased with the results. I also have "Light Cream Fitted Carpets" which you recently cleaned and once again the results were amazing. Shortly after you cleaned the Fitted Carpets I managed to spill a full Cup of Coffee in one particular spot. I tried to remove the stain myself with "Limited Success". Hence, I called "Aero" to see if they could do a "Rescue Mission". You kindly managed to fit me in. Once "Aero" cleaned the Coffee Stain the stain was completely removed. Unbelievable! Aero Carpet Services did a fantastic job cleaning my persian rug as well as a small wool area rug. The persian rug hadn't been cleaned for over 10 years and came out looking like new. The fringe had frayed and discoloured and Aero arranged for the fringe to be completely replaced. The rug, which is almost 30 years old, looks like it was just purchased yesterday. The small wool area rug, which was a few years old and had never been professionally cleaned, also came back looking like new. I really appreciated the pick up and delivery service as well as the very reasonable cost. I will definitely use Aero again and would highly recommend them.

We had only cleaned it ourselves in the past. Aero did an excellent job and we will continue to use them to clean our carpets and rugs in the future.

We used Aero to get our four year old, well trampled on 5x7 White Wool Rug cleaned. It had pet stains on it that I wasn't able to get out with spot shot and scrubbing so we finally decided to get it done professionally. WOW. It came back beautiful. Had my 5x8’ hand braided wool rug washed here. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. Some of the stains seem to have been removed, but the overall cleanliness of the rug was quite poor. There was still a significant amount of dirt and dust deposited between the braids, which I had to remove through vacuuming and beating. Not sure what I paid $116 for. Update: The manager called me and refunded my $116. Apparently she wanted to “cut all ties”. I am happy to take my refund, but this interaction again confirms the one-star review.
