And my 18 stairs or so, plus 3 bedrooms took less than an hour and a half to complete. And about the same to dry. Magically restored our 23 yr old house carpet in living room and dining room and stairway. Bring Wizard back to do upstairs. Ian came back 4 weeks later to do the remainder of our house. Saved us $ 7000 by not having to install new carpets. our 23 year old carpets look great again. A little worn and flattened down from years of walking on them, but who cares. Also amazing is that these almond white shaded carpet is bright and clean again. I am amazed. Well worth the cost. Why did I leave it 13 years to clean since I did it myself in 2003. Doing it myself was so difficult and took several weekends of hard work. Ian did the entire upstairs in 90 minutes. He knows what he is doing, has a great truck, the compressor is out in the truck so its very quiet in the house when he does his work. He pulls the vacuum and wash hoses through the front door that are attached to his truck. It is amazing technology. High pressure, High suction, Heat and steam. Its amazing. Dont hesitate to use him or be skeptical. I was skeptical but he explained everything very well to me on the telephone, then when he came to the house, he explained it all again and I am a technical person who wants to know what the process is. I have to believe in it. I certain did.

Our kitchen tile is 15 years old and the grout lines had gone very dark with years of spillage and traffic. Several weeks ago, a fall left a considerable amount of dried blood on a particularly fine, and light-coloured, Persian rug. It would require more than earnest home remedies. We called our decorator for a recommendation and were told that there was only one - Wizard! We called and had a delightful and informative conversation. The carpet was picked up two days later and returned two weeks subsequent to that date. Honestly, we did not expect much but were mildly astonished by the wonderful results. They had warned us not to expect perfection but they were 99.5% close to it. Who could reasonably ask for more? Not us!
