More importantly to me I found them to be responsive, punctual (even showed up early) and were great to deal with. I'll be using them again, no question. Pro tip - Try and see if you can remove the window screens well ahead of time. A lot of the screens seize over time which happened to me. Gerry was very understanding but it may avoid the headache I had the night before.

I'm in real estate and sometimes clients need something done fast as we have to list a home quickly for example. This time my clients have construction on their street and their windows were less to be desired because of it. They also decide to list two weeks sooner than planned so I thought I'd have a heck of a time finding someone in such a short span. Gerry and crew answered the call and fit me in their already busy schedule.....actually they were early, fast and did a bunch of little extras that wasn't even asked of them. I'm very disappointed in the treatment you get when you call in for a quote on your window cleaning. I get that we're a week from the end of the season. I get that I live in a townhouse. I get that it's a 3 story. Obviously, you don't want our business as you made every excuse as to why you can't do it but what convinced me not to even continue the conversation is that you suggested I could go to other companies in the area but that you talked down other companies. You just now realized your error and called me back apologizing for how you OBVIOUSLY came across and suggested another company situated even further away from where I live as an alternative. I'm sorry, my rating remains the same. You shouldn't need to call people back to apologize to them for how you initially deal with your prospective clients.

Year after year you clean your own windows, and you find you missed a spot here, or there's some streaks here or there that you can't get perfect (and if you're a perfectionist, that's quite frustrating). Having a large house with multiple windows/balconies at varying heights makes the job difficult. Squeaky clean made the job look effortless, were done quickly, and professionally, and to be honest, our windows have never looked this clean! Well, Squeaky Clean arrived today, on time ready to do our windows. This was our first time using their service; we previously employed an older gentleman from Mississauga (Walter) who did a great job but recently retired. Change isn't always a bad thing. Gerry and his sidekick Lance did a great job. This Mutt and Jeff pair (Gerry is particularly well suited for ground floor work while Lance has the second floor ably covered - you'll get my drift if you're smart enough to hire them) were in and out with no muss or fuss. Pleasant, personable and highly professional: they earned their 5 stars. As a side note, the price was very reasonable. The date square that Melissa (Gerry's wife) sent with him was great!
