I hired these people in 2020 and they did SUCH an exceptional job, it blew my mind. The place was spotless, and that was saying a lot because I had a giant, drooly, geriatric dog at the time. Fast forward to 2021 and we happily invited them back for another clean - despite the fact that our old dog has passed on and the house has a way cleaner baseline (about 1800 sqft), the quoted price was much higher (COVID? Inflation? Who knows). I decided to bite the bullet, given that the last clean was so well done. Well, this time, not so much. They were there a much shorter period of time with fewer cleaners this time. There were still bits of food on the backsplash in the kitchen, still fingerprints and watermarks on the table in the living room, some crud around the taps in the bathroom, some hair on the floor... I mean, it was still FINE, but it certainly wasn't $712 good. To be fair, I gave them some feedback and they gave me $50 back, which was nice of them. And they do have a guarantee where they can come back and fix anything they miss… but trying to coordinate that around FT work and children seemed like too much of a hassle to me. I can get my head around paying a huge amount of money for a clean if I know it's going to be great. This was good, it just wasn't great.

If I could rate Posh with a 6 star out of 5 I would! Truly a one of a kind cleaning company and so thorough and they have an excellent system and are in-sync with their cleaning style. At first I thought it was a bit pricey I now understand why. Truly, you get what you pay for and they accommodated me during a very busy season and were very punctual and considering the distance and new location that we reside. I understood their policy about having a two hour window which honestly, love the mindset for providing this. This is what it takes. We cannot expect everything to be perfect but truly what a great company. After suffering a broken foot and not being able to get around very well, and being the neat freak that I am, they have a great eye for attention to detail. Thank you Theresa, Kailey and Rachelle for being top notch professional and yet so friendly and personable. I would like to extend my appreciation to customer service for reaching out and utilizing computerized systems that fully outline the expectations. After meeting with the owner and having certain assurances that my our needs would be met and overseen by her, we were very disappointed at the service provided. They had a team of 5 or 6 show up. They had never used central vacuuming before and had both hoses attached at the same time using a beater bar on our solid hardwood floors. I was home at the time and stopped it as soon as I realized what was happening. The floors were not vacuumed properly as a result since you lose suction by plugging in more than one hose at a time. The floors also had some minor damage. My biggest issue is having to replace a $1700 shower glass enclosure because someone neglected to take off their ring or at least turn it around so the stones did not scratch and etch all of the glass. And the poor response and resolution offered by the owner. In the end we preferred to go with another company rather than have our home and furniture damaged as their team of overworked and undertrained staff rushed through our home like a tornado. I wonder how it would have been had I not been home at the time. I always question a company based on their responses to negative reviews on any website. And if you read through the responses to negative comments, you really do get valuable insight about the values and ethics of those in charge of the companies. I rarely post reviews, but was very concerned at the way in which a negative review was responded to. The right response should be 'Our apologies, we value your business, let's chat and see if we can figure out what happened', rather than to deny someone had ever been a client. Before we are also discounted as clients, I still have the email communications to prove it.

On the day of the clean, they called to say they were a few minutes later which I really apprecaited. They were very good and fast. Got the whole house done in record time. I'd read so many positive reviews of Posh that I was absolutely stunned to experience today. We hired them for an estate cleaning. On the initial consult I discussed some issues with mold in the basement and some pet odors throughout. I actually went out of my way to make the job sound as gruesome as I could, because I needed to find a company who could do the job and I didn't honestly care who did it or what it cost. When they initially quoted me around $400 I again reiterated that it was a big job and restated the problems. They assured me these were things they could handle so we decided to use their service. They made us wait almost 2 weeks for an appointment. We had a real estate agent scheduled, so I reiterated that I needed the clean done sooner than later and they managed to get us in today, which was the day before the real estate agent. It seemed like everything was on a tight schedule, but grand, until they showed up. Things stated to get a little weird when they showed up at noon instead of 1:30pm which they were scheduled for. I ended up having to rush out of work to accommodate the almost insane promptness. When they arrived they did a walk-through before explaining they wouldn't clean it because of the basement mold and pet odor which we'd discussed (multiple times) during the initial consult. I was floored. They simply drove away leaving me with a place that needed cleaning and absolutely no solution to the problem. Never the less, after the girls left, I called the office, obviously angry and she apologized telling me all the things they should have done (like an onsite estimate), but at the end of the day none of that happened, and regret doesn't get the house clean. I happily left a poor review and would have gone about my day with a new cleaning service and some aggravation, but after I posted my review, I received a call from the CEO (almost instantly), who called to explain to me that they had many "very satisfied customers". I haven't the faintest idea what telling me about their other happy customers has to do with the fact they left me standing in a driveway with no plan and no cleaning staff. Nor do I understand the outcome they'd hoped to achieve with that. You said you do estate cleanings. You said you could handle the problems I noted during the initial consultation. You led me to believe you could be relied on, and none of those things worked out. There's little else to say, right? He explained that with most problems like the girls forgetting to clean a room (How does that even happen?!) were easier to troubleshoot, but that he could offer me the contact info for a company who could handle my job, and I could likely get it done a little faster with his recommendation. It's not that I don't appreciate a business who can follow up, but when you tell me you can do something and you cause me to rely on you and then you can't follow through, the offer of someone else who might be able to help clean up your mess is a day late and a dollar short. It was a time sensitive clean and I was as clear about that as the challenges of the clean itself (but clearly no one was listening). The conduct of the company just keeps getting more absurd as we go (hopefully they're done now?!). All they had to do was say "We don't do that kind of cleaning" a month ago when I first called and none of this would have ever been an issue. In my opinion if you want your windows washed or your carpet vacuumed, I'm sure that would be just fine, but if you have a larger project or intensive cleaning needs, I wouldn't even bother (unless you somehow enjoy finding yourself standing in a driveway without a cleaning service - which I can assure you isn't as rad as it sounds).

I was a client for a few years. At times the dusting was not completed in full. When I asked for a re clean, I was consistently given push back from both owners about how re cleans are an expense to them, no one else asks for re cleans, how my rate was below market rate and now was time to raise it or else they could not lift my picture frames or anything delicate to dust under them etc. Definitely did not like to hear that their work was not perfect. Owner always tried to make it seem like it was your problem (e.g. telling me how their profit margin was razor thin). Before I was "fired" as a client I had already found another service. Much more client friendly. Would never recommend POSH.
