New to Burlington and thought I would try this dry cleaning services - first off, the warm greeting from the staff and owner is awesome, as a small business owner myself, he seems to remember me, the fact that we are new to the area and know me by name. I’m a weekly customer and find their service and care in our garments, right down to the quality of the hangers - first class. Top notch customer service and quality.

Why open at 9am and close at 4pm Mon-Fri....Hours should be 11am to 6pm. If you work in the city (TO). By the time your back in to Burlington is near to 5pm/530pm. Hours should be more accommodating to your business clients. I'll just use the guy at fortinos at appleby from now on.

I had a tapestry that my parents had owned since the 1970's cleaned by Parkers of Burlington in the hope of having it restored and eventually framed. I was extremely pleased with the final product! The tapestry had been exposed to many years of smoking, dust and dirt and now it looks brand new. Thanks to their amazing effort! I've been using Parkers for 20 years now and all I can say is, wow! There is no other dry cleaners I'd rather use. I have trusted them with my finest silk shirts and dresses, my Burberry coat, my husband's shirts and everything in between. Today the owner himself helped me treat a stain on a silk shirt needed urgently for this weekend. Now that's customer service! It's what they do! We drive from North Burlington because they are worth the drive. They also have a pick up and delivery service which I will take advantage of next time. Thanks Dion Walton and all your staff!

I took my wedding dress in and had very little hope of it ever being white again. Parkers did a phenomenal job! It went from dirty to crisp white again. It should be noted my dress has very detailed beadwork which was not effected in the cleaning process. Tested and true. Highly recommend for wedding dress cleaning + boxing services.

I was in Burlington for a wedding and I had two days to get my suit jacket dry cleaned. After calling 4-5 places, all of which needed a week, Parker’s was recommended and came through with having it professionally cleaned in time for the wedding. That’s true customer service ????

Dropped off my clothes and both employees were massless. Very jarring. I can understand no mask when working in the back, but when you come to serve customers please wear one as we have to as well. Most likely finding a new dry cleaner.
