Gord Stone, whom we have been dealing with over a number of years, is quite simply the best in his field. Our rugs which had not been cleaned in two years because of the pandemic looked brand new. And our windows sparkled with the immaculate view which we were now able to see. Apart from these two major cleaning jobs there were many other things he did for us at no extra charge. Unrivalled service!

As part of a previous renovation attempt by me, I mistakenly removed the carpet off 6 steps in my house. Once the job was complete and the laminate had been installed on the floors, I was left with 6 steps with no carpet. Apart from being an eye-sore, it was also an inconvenience to step on the frame every time I went upstairs. I was stuck with a conundrum in that I could not find a carpet installer that would take on a job of just 6 steps. My dad did a search and contacted Gord from Multi-Line Services and set up an appointment. Gord came by my house and did an absolutely impeccable job… words cannot describe the degree of precision and care he took to use leftover pieces of carpet from the previous Reno and install them in a manner that made it look perfect. I cannot speak more highly of Gord and his commitment to his work. His rates are fair, he is punctual and he got the job done in a highly meticulous manner. I highly recommend him and his work.
