They missed a lot of spots that needed cleaning and when I took pictures to show them what they missed the only thing they offered to to was to come in again and clean the missed spots which I had already done. The only reason they got a positive rating is due to the fact there isn’t a negative rating or they would have scorechigh on the negativity scale. Ax with others on here same old stuff, poor quality, lack of attention to detail, floors not cleaned properly, appliances all streaky, some items not cleaned or cleaned extremely poorly making them appear worse then before. It’s only my wife and I in.a 2 bedroom comdo not a difficult task. The attitude of the office staff is abysmal at best arguing with you that you don’t know what your talking about. This service can be summed up in one word DEPLORABLE!! Don’t waste your time or nmoney you will becoming home to clean your yourself after the “professionals”

We used the Molly Maid service to clean our new house before we moved in. The two ladies who came to clean were lovely, friendly, polite, and courteous. When they arrived, they asked about the most important tasks, to which I said the oven (as I’d sprayed it down the night before with oven off), cleaning the cupboards, the fridge, and baseboards. They did a great job with the floors and washrooms, and when I check the kitchen before they left, the oven door was sparkling. So you can imagine my surprise when I went to warm up some pizza for the movers the next day, only to have the oven smoking and dispersing a putrid chemical smell all throughout my new house. Ends up that only the oven door had been cleaned; the inside of the oven was left untouched and had the Oven Off all over it. So now I was moving and unpacking an entire house, and needed to scrub out my oven (which I'd paid to have done). I emailed the owner of the company to provide this feedback, to ensure that future training occurred so this mistake would not happen again. After a week and a half, I haven’t even received a response… I guess they had my money and that was enough – so long customer service. Due to this, I would not recommend.

Will not return, not only was the cleans always missing something, they were definitely not worth the money put out for them. After speaking with the office, it seemed like I was more of a bother than a concern and did not appreciate the attitude. (I would never speak to customers like that) Lastly and probably the most important after taking pictures around the house to send to the office on what was missed.. I noticed about 5 pieces missing from my jewellery hanger!!! At this point, nothing will get me back. Buyers beware.

I've used there services several times because my first experience was good, but recently was the last time. They have an extremely high turn over rate of staff. One of the last girls on the team was extremely rude to me and wrecked my furniture, and this was the second time this has happened with this company. They never returned my phone calls and e-mails and never contacted me to get a furniture repair person. I am a recent widow with 3 young kids on disability and need someone to help out with bathrooms and floors. They had a new girl did all the work but the other girl just complained and took her anger out on my furniture.Try Merry Maids, more expensive but better.

We hired Molly Maids to clean our house Friday June 15, 2018, before putting it on the market to sell. When I spoke last week to Amelia from the office she was very friendly and understood what we needed cleaned. I explained that the house was de-cluttered and only furniture used to "stage " the house was left. She estimated that we would require 2 hours service which seemed reasonable. She informed me that they would not wash walls or windows but that they would do all dusting and wipe down outside the kitchen cupboards all floors and baseboards and the usual cleaning done in the kitchen and bathrooms. I told her the house needed to shine. When the two girls came on Friday my boyfriend was there to greet them. He asked them if they knew what to do and they assured him they were clear about what needed to be cleaned. He then left them to do some errands and came back when they were done. He thanked them and they left. When I arrived that night I checked all the areas and found to my dismay that they did not clean thoroughly or at all in many areas. The Master ensuite floor and counter top was not cleaned nor were the baseboards in any of the rooms. The blinds were not dusted in the bedrooms and in the kitchen the outside cupboards were ignored entirely as was the stainless exhaust hood. The front hall closet floor was left untouched (floor not swept or washed). I took some pictures and sent an email to the owner Vanessa, because the office is closed at 4:00pm on Friday and doesn't open until Monday morning. She responded and asked me to send the pics to another email and she would review the matter. I had asked in the email if it was possible to have them back first thing Monday to finish the cleaning before we listed the house on the market Monday night. I didn't receive any response to my request or hear back from anyone as of 10:30am Monday Morning. So of course I was forced to clean myself what we paid Molly Maids to do for us. Needless to say we will not be recommending them and feel disappointed in the service and hence the bad review.

Be careful! I've only used this service once and really wasn't happy with it so that was going to be the last time I used them and leave it at that.. However they continue to keep charging me monthly and I have to try and track them down to reverse this each month and delete my credit card from there files (which clearly doesn't seem to happen) . If I didn't receive a text message everytime they charge me I would even notice.. Very frustrating as I just wanted zero ties with this company.

What is your policy regarding employees driving the company car? We live in the same complex as one of your employees. Tonight, there were 10 kids playing outside when this person driving her Molly Maid car, license plate #BVLN 874 drove excessively fast through the complex. I even stood out in the road to get her to slow down, and she sped past with no regard. There is no reason to speed through a complex with a 10 km/h posting throughout the complex. This action is a serious safety concern, and Molly Maid should be aware of this risk.

We used molly maid to clean our house . they always show up on time and we are always pleased with how clean the house is after they have left .

Chantel and Emily were wonderful. I was completely panicked on Friday trying to remove as much evidence of being in a reno and hosting a party on Saturday. They were prompt, even a bit early and stayed slightly longer than the two hours. Efficient and just lovely all the while I was giving instruction as to what was the most important to me. I could not have been happier! I am giving consideration to having your services on a more frequent basis and will be in touch. Please pass on my thanks to the ladies!

Complete waste of time and money if you hire them for detailed cleaning to put your house in the market after. Very basic cleaning below average, basically 2 girls came with bucket of water and piece of cloth to clean the house, it is very normal you find a lot of dust, stains after they finish and if you ask them they say it is not our mistake we were not provided with more chemicals and tools. That is the best we can do. Don't get deceived with google reviews like me , very misleading . Yelp reviews are more realistic .

I couldn't be happier with Molly Maid Oakville. We recently started having biweekly service with Sarah and Darcy and they are phenomenal. They're incredibly kind, professional, always on time, and they do an AMAZING job. They always ask if there's anything we want them to focus on and they leave the house spotless. I count the days until they come!! Also, Vanessa (who you book with) is a pleasure to talk to and before we had a consistent schedule/team, she was super accommodating with getting us last minute appointments.

I have been customer with Molly maid for almost 3 years and If I have written this review two years ago, I would give them 5 stars and I was always recommending them to my friends but unfortunately at this moment maximum one star and I can't recommend them anymore... At the beginning they were super focused on my requests and they had them written in their notes so whenever new team come they follow the notes and I was always happy with the service... From a year and half I have noticed that they don't refer to my notes anymore and always things were missing or things not cleaned properly... I have complained more than once and after each complain the cleaning become better for a bit then again a drop happens in the quality. The reason I am using a cleaning company is that I want not to worry anymore about cleaning and not to clean after they leave to be satisfied with the output... Recently I had my parents for a visit and they were helping daily in cleaning the house and we were always travelling to entertain them so I had to cancel a cleaning day with Molly maid so the ladies came once per month instead of twice in July (the house is already cleaner than when we are totally alone as their is extra hands and we are not home frequent) but they charged us way more than the agreed cost without telling us that they will charge more and when we called to ask they told us because the ladies stayed longer but we asked them why did they need to stay longer that is one question if the house in good state and 2nd question shouldn't you get my authorization to charge me more before you do? their answer was sooooooooooooooo weird as they said "what about stopping the service?!!!" we said ok no problem but we were surprised that they were okay to let go a customer who has been with them for three years!!! Also in their last visit one of the ladies broke something (emotionally valuable) for my family and she didn't apologize and I expected her to leave it on the counter so I fix it but I searched it for it and it was gone when I called Molly maid to ask, they said they will talk to the ladies and then the lady called me to say that Opppsss she forgot and put it in her pocket and she will get it to me next visit and since they stopped the service they never returned it!!! very disappointed from their customer management and their manners and I don't recommend them at all after what happened with us...

I've been using their service for almost a year now. Have requested from the ladies to clean under the beds and sofas almost EVERY TIME although the supervisor says it's part of the job. The deal breaker: had my friend open the house for them to clean before I returned from my summer vacation (I'd tidied it up before leaving). They barely cleaned on the surface. Found dead insects in my kids' family room, cobwebs and spiders on the stairs, strands of my hair beside the bed, dust and a water bottle under the bed, untouched dusty shelves and tables, a crushed blue colored pencil tip under my son's desk,... The list can go on forever. And the supervisor's comment: "You should not come to any of this. Would you like me to send them over to redo the parts you are unhappy with?" Well.. Thanks and never again!!
