What a wonderful experience using Mint Maids. *They are not your regular cleaning company. * They actually care about you and your house. They did an excellent job cleaning my house. Every week. They go above and beyond! ( They even take out the trash! ) I had them come and clean my house while I was away, Chris went the extra mile and called me to let me know everything was spotless and all locked up, so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation. One week they magically found my daughters lost tooth. And left it for me with a little love note. They clean areas of my house that had never been cleaned before. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Quite possible the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I took the liberty of completing a free quote online, whereby it provided a system-generated response as to fees. The fee was rather reasonable and so I called into their offices (some sort of toll free number) to book a cleaning, pursuant to the quote I received. I called the morning of Friday July 20th to reiterate many of my details to the live agent and request a call back for service. By the following Monday afternoon, I still had yet to hear back from anyone so I called again for some clarity in terms of their response time. The second agent, on Monday afternoon, apologized for no one calling and re-requested all of my details to issue "a rush order". Several days later - Friday July 27th - I still hadn't received a call. This was now the day I was hoping to actually have the cleaning service completed, for a full home remodel that I had completed. The agent on this day was incredibly ignorant with no aptitude for customer service. She told me "well you should have just gone online to schedule a booking". She also mentioned that she wasn't responsible for any of the aforementioned incidents so there was no need to rehash them. Obviously with me not knowing the process, I instinctively just called in. But at no point have I at all received a call, even if they weren't readily available to reach out to me same day or next day. Just can't believe they're that lax about prospective clients.

The best cleaning company I ever dealt with in my life!! Very professional, they have the cleaning staff that come to your house and the support staff in the office. They have an internet billing, invoicing, and reminders system that is awesome! They are all very organized and responsive. Now the cleaning part: Heaven like cleaning!! They turn your house into a staged house! They accommodate your needs and work with you to make sure you're 100% satisfied! Worth every penny! I spoke to owner once, and he told me: " Our mission is to keep your house clean so that you don't have to touch anything!" and he was absolutely right! They clean my house Bi-weekly because I don't have kids, and I don't need to touch anything major until their next visit. I highly recommend this company. 100% Trusted.

Update Dec 7 2021 Thank you for reaching out, however you haven’t provided any direction on how to get a refund (as for obvious reasons we have chosen to work with another company). Let me know and/or please respond to our many emails. BEWARE! My wife and I ordered this service roughly 1.5 months ago. We booked online, set a service date and prepaid for the service which was very easy. However, no one showed up for the service call. Since then we have emailed them numerous times and tried calling with no response. To date we have yet to be able to contact anyone about rebooking the service and/or just getting our money back that we paid upfront.

Maybe I am out of touch but $160 for 45 minutes of so-so cleaning seems pretty pricey. The cleaning staff are wonderful and respectful but the overall cleaning is basically taking a layer of dust off - and even some of that was missed.

I signed up for a Mint Maids cleaning, received several email reminders of the cleaning date and time, then no one showed up for the scheduled cleaning. There is no answer on their phone and no way to reach anyone. They initially charged me for the missed cleaning, but they did refund it when I explained the error.
