We just purchased our house in Halton hills and wanted to get a cleaning service before moving into the home. Ania from Milton cleans and did an excellent job of disinfecting the toilets, bathtubs and sinks, the kitchen appliances were cleaned. All the dust and dirty area were swept, mopped and vacuumed away for a fair price. This is a great house cleaning service.

I just moved into a home that I recently purchased and wanted to have a move in cleaning provided. Even though my belongings are already moved into the house, Iwona Cleaned the house in details, did an excellent job with the deep clean. The floors had become dirty from moving of furniture and the people walking in and out, she really took care of that area well. She did an AMAZING job. Seriously I don't think anyone's ever cleaned my house this immaculately before.

Absolutely disappointed. Staff was in too much of hurry to leave. It was just the basement and please make sure you stand on their head and dictate them what needs to be done. They couldn’t ensure precise and good cleaning. Cleaned the laminate with water and detergent soaked mop. I could have done much better then them. Totally disappointed and waste of money.

Best experience i had, having a deep cleaning at my house. I called Milton Cleaning service and told them I wanted a spring cleaning as soon as possible. The cleaning was scheduled quickly and the cleaners arrived on time. They really were impressive with their ability to clean the kitchen. Spots that I myself have cleaned before but could not get rid of are now gone. Same as well when I look at my bathroom sink and bathtub. Amazing house cleaning service. Hired the company to do a pre-clean because have a 2 year old and 1 year old. We ended up coming to our new home after 10 pm and when was putting bed linens on mattress noticed dog hair on the floor and dust. We dont have any pets. Ran a swiffer mop on the floor and realized how dirty it was. I hired conpany for piece of mind especially since I have two small kids but was utterly disgusted when I realized the house wasnt cleaned. The stairs had spider webs so they werent even vaccumed. Please save your money and hire a professional company. The owner didnt take responsibility even when I had pictures to prove how poorly the job was done.

I had a bit of a issue with my last cleaning schedule, but the owner Alicia has made an effort to fix the problem and compensate for the misunderstanding by providing free cleaning of the inside of my oven! I have never actually used this company's cleaning service and I was going to contact them. However, I started to read the reviews that I rely heavily upon and was convinced about calling them until I saw the owner Alyssa post a review for herself. I saw her responses to a lot of other reviews that criticized the services that they had never availed a service from her and she tried to put it all on competitor services that the poster might be availing. So this owner probably posts her own reviews (you'll see a few other reviews mentioning that). I just wanted to highlight this to people who might be looking this company up. The good reviews are probably all fake. Owner writing her own reviews and responding like that to negative comments is a total turn off! Beware!

Very unorganized. Booked a cleaning with them. The night before, they change the time and tell me that the steamer is unavailable so vinegar will have to do. Try coordinating another time and she tells me it will be minimum 7 hour job versus our first chat where she said minimum 5 hours, max 7 hours. Spend more and hire professionals.

I think this is by far the worst experience ever... got charged a lot of $....the two girls not only showed up late but they both stunk of cigarettes so bad ... the one spoke English and the other one didn't but I can tell that she was very rude because she kept on talking very loud with a bad attitude her name was Anna I believe... also they left 30min earlier . I just wanted them gone that's why I didn't even say anything.The bathrooms like the tub and showers were not even cleaned just wiped with windex I was shocked that people are so dishonest . I will not be calling them again waste of time and money . I see every time someone makes a complain the answer they are given is I am sorry we don't have a record of you ... of course what else will they say !!! Wow really .... I think you have me confused with some other client otherwise I would of never gotten this answer ... my house was not scheduled for deep cleaning and you had more than enough time for doing the job you were suppose to do ... yes they were late that's why they had to cut my time so they can make it to the other clients house on time and your staff was not professional they stunk of smoke... you should have a policy that your staff if not allowed to smoke in the clients driveway which they did and threw cigarette buds on the ground , that is not professional.

Never on time. Ever. I paid $120 for four hours with one cleaner - ended up with 2-1/2 hours of cleaning and 1/2 hour of her on the phone. Finally I got fed up and decided to let her know that I knew she wasn't working and she put her phone on speaker. Absolutely ridiculous. Left after 3 hours saying she was done. Never again will I use this company.

Doesn't show when scheduled or even advise they aren't coming! The first cleaner they sent was horrible. I requested another, which they obliged. The second cleaner was good, nice girl did a decent job, but I would not say it was what I was told would be done. I requested her back after an absence and was told she could come on Thursday. Received an email changing to Friday. Friday came - no cleaner. I have texted, ZERO RESPONSE. Horrible way to run a business.

I have read all the reviews and must say that since the management has changed tge teams are reliable and on time. The owner was struggeling once she opened the business few years back. Recently I had my house cleaned by Alicia and her team. The team always do 'quality' and it does not matter which team is it. HAPPY - I GOT FLOORS STEAMED CLEANED PART OF BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER. Used this company for years and gave plenty of business especially during the sale of my home. When I moved in December I booked a cleaning at my new address, Alicia sent the cleaner to my old address. The cleaner finally showed up spent two hours upstairs doing god knows what. I told her on arrival clean the floors and bathrooms. All she did was clean my floors for 3 hours, I paid her she left. I told Alicia I wasn’t happy - Agnes the manager contacted me and scheduled a meeting. The next day two other cleaners show up and actually clean my house the way I wanted - paid them. Contacted Alicia right away to ask why I paid for 6 hours of work when I don’t believe I should have...she disappeared. Agnes called the next day to schedule a meeting at my home, we schedule. The day of the meeting that is scheduled for 530pm Agnes didnt show up. At 6pm Agnes messages to say thanks for the meeting...??? I haven’t used them since, because their customer service is nonexistent. I’m not sure why I was treated this way as an overpaying customer. I recently discovered this company posts ads on Kijiji in many different names and numbers. I asked Diana to have Alicia call me before I would reconsider using this company again. It’s been a week and haven’t heard from Alicia or Diana. Alicia... your customer service and loyalty to your paying customers is awful! You should work on that instead of writing google reviews and making ads on Kijiji in various names.

A word of caution before you use their service.The worst cleaning experience I have had. They have unprofessional work ethics and responses. The cleaning ladies used harsh chemicals to clean my kitchen cabinets and totally ruined them. There are scratch marks on the furniture and doors due to unneccesary scrubbing. In fact I sent pictures as a proof to the owner Alicia and she did not care to respond or fix the damage. I had to pay for the useless cleaning as well as the damage to my cabinets..
