I will never recommend this company. I was booked for a three hour clean. The cleaners were to arrive between 9-9:30 am. One arrived at 10:10 and the other at 10:20. I called the office stating that the workers were 30 minutes late and was told they must be stuck in traffic. If I was an hour late for work, I would be reprimanded. The work was far from a deep clean as I just moved. They did not stay for three hours. I was angry enough at that but then the bill! I was charged $60.00 extra. They added two "hidden" charges and the person I was talking to did not know why. I was told the owner David was to call me. Yeah right. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. $237 for what? Outrageous.

We needed a big clean after weeks of unplanned construction, and right before the holidays no less! The team at Maid Pro was able fit us in despite it being last minute. Bonnie and Chelsea arrived and got right right to work. They were even accommodating to my request to look after specific rooms first (after construction we needed our bedroom cleaned so my husband and I could get furniture back in and out of the basement so the basement could be cleaned!) They were quick and efficient and left our house sparkling after weeks of construction dust and dirt! Thank you!

I wanted to say how thrilled I am with the service Maid Pro provides! I have a very hectic and often changing schedule and they are so accommodating it makes things much less stressful for me. I also love that they give you a schedule with all your scheduled dates for the year. It's great to put everything in my calendar to remind me. They do a very thorough clean but what I really appreciate is all the little extra's. For example, one day I came home and the laundry was folded (what a nice treat that was!). So whether it's this, organizing things I have left in disarray, taking out the recycling or opening the curtains and letting the sunshine in, I really appreciate that extra effort and attention. I would highly recommend their services.

I have been using Maidpro services for well over a year now, I highly recommend them for excellent residential cleaning services. The staff are extremely friendly and even allow my dogs to follow them around while they work! The house looks fantastic when they are done, the clean is thorough and they take their time. It is a very structured service, very procedural and systemized so they operate the same way every time and nothing gets missed. Great service, well managed and really lovely staff. Thank you!

Alex and Tammy were on time and cleaned my entire 4000sq ft home + basement in less time than was quoted to me. were both professional, kind, thorough and very good. I'd definitely recommend then them and would have happily have them come in and clean my home again.

Awful experience, not a thorough clean AT ALL. Pictures sent to head office, with a poor response (the kitchen floors and appliances had not been touched. Completely missed). We booked them for 2.5 hours, and they left after 45 minutes. Emails unanswered. Horrible customer service.

Maid Pro has new ownership, and this is the first clean I have had since the new owners took over. Bonnie was my Pro, and hands down the best cleaning job since I started a year ago with Maid Pro. Bonnie was a professional and courteous as we are working from home, so respectful of that. If all the Pro's are like Bonnie, with such detail and quality to their work I would highley reccomend.

I contacted MaidPro to clean our basement suite after our tenants moved. I was contacted by Jennifer who sent me detailed information on the services they provide as well as an estimate and time frame based on the services I requested. On the morning of the appointment, Beth arrived on time, in fact she was in the early side. She was very personable, had everything with her needed to do the job well and indeed that’s what she did. Beth not only did an excellent job within the time frame suggested to me, but she also made a couple of suggestions herself which were to my own benefit. When asked, she shared that MaidPro was a good employer and that she enjoyed working for them, which speaks volumes. Prompt, efficient, thorough and pleasant... a winning combination.

I've never used a cleaning service before and did a ton of research before booking. Maid Pro Burlington had awesome reviews and it was close by so I believed I was in good hands. Unfortunately that wasn't the case... Although the ladies who came were sweet and worked hard the clean was just not thorough. Because this was a move in clean I had asked for special attention to the kitchen and bathrooms and those rooms seems the least clean. We had spider webs in window sills and wall corners, crumbs and stains in kitchen and bathroom drawers, dust in cabinets, an insane amount of grease still on the stoves and hood range, the toilets still had stains, the floors in the kitchen and powder room smelled like wet old rags after it was mopped and the fridge and freezer drawers had old food crumbs just to name a few... Basically I had to re-clean the entire house myself which is a complete disappointment especially after $400+ spent on cleaners. I had initially done a walk through after the clean but only noticed a couple things at the time and was offered to send the ladies back but I didn't want to make a fuss out of just a couple items even so I declined. But since we weren't living in the house as of yet as we were having repairs and painting done before we actually moved in I was only able to figure out the rest of what was not done a week or so later and sent a lengthy email with photos only for it to be ignored. Its unfortunately that nothing was done to rectify the situation.

I was visited by Ashley, Bonnie and Marissa who did an excellent job cleaning my house.tgey put attention to detail to every corner of my house. They were efficient in time and the result was wonderful. I moved to new house where a dog used to live in, and I was concern for my allergies, but these three ladies did such a wonderful job that I didn't have to worry about remaining dog hair. They cleaned above the dwasher and dryer, ceiling fan, floor skirts and every tile in my kitchen and bathrooms, plus vacumming my basements carpet really well. 100% recommended, I would ask to have them again here in my next cleaning.
