I received a move in cleaning for an empty apartment recently. The booking process and the communication was very efficient and easy. The cleaners arrived and did a great job. I had missed to spray the oven the previous night to prepare it for cleaning, but still the cleaners were able to take alternative measures to do their best to clean it anyways. They overall did a great job doing a thorough cleaning. Only thing, that didn't seem in place was the fact that only two cleaners arrived, when the booking said it will be 3. However, when I raised it with the cleaning company they deducted some amount from he original total for this. So all in all it was positive experience.

The ladies that came to do the cleaning did an amazing job, they even did us an extra by cleaning out the inside of the fridge. This was the first time I have ever used a cleaning company and I'm so glad I found Hellamaid. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will refer them to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

We had a standard clean done - one girl who arrived on time and worked quietly around all the kids and us. She was very polite and did a pretty good job cleaning. If there were a 4.5 star, I would do that only because there were little things that were missed like dusting window sills, the ledge along the stairs, and a few other little things but that stuff she did clean is really nice - the whole house smelled great after she was finished. We'll definitely book for a monthly service.

I loved the easy online booking, frequent text reminders, and straightforward instructions and scheduling as well as the transparent pricing. And the team exceeded my expectations! They were right on time for the early morning appointment and got organized and to work right away. They were friendly but we stayed out of their way and as they tackled my new house empty of furniture. The bathrooms and tubs look new and everything from the ceiling lights to the floors sparkled in the rest of the house. They did a walkthrough with me when they were finished to point out things they did and /or scrubbed extra hard. I will use them again and would definitely recommend.
