I've used Gorilla Property Services twice now, the 1st time was to clean the windows of a few multi level buildings and the 2nd time was to clean my dryer vents. Matt is very professional, he shows up and quotes the work before hand, of which are very reasonable. Lays out a plan of action and his guys get to work. There pretty self sufficient, I tell them what I want and leave them to it. I will have no issues in calling them in the future for more projects.

Bought a house and noticed the Heat Pump had mold around the sides as it had not been cleaned in 5 years. Walls were newly painted and was very worried that they would be damaged as I had heard of other companies damaging the walls. Gorilla took extra time to make sure no water leaked out when cleaning it and now the heat pump looks new. Even noticed that it is not as loud as it was.

Gordon and Riker battled through strong winds (up to 80kms) and freezing temperatures on Halloween day and did an amazing job. Called this place and was totally ignored. Was not happy with the rude lady who answered the phone she asked me what I wanted and then told me she didn’t think she could return my call - why answer the phone then?. She refused service citing that their company was focusing only on existing customers only. How do you know I wasn’t a referal ? How do you know that I wasn’t your clients neighbor. Or better yet how do you know I wasn’t a client calling about a new house I just bought. Just goes to show how unprofessional you were. She didn’t seem like she wanted my business so I won’t give you my money then. It’s just too bad. Don’t trust all the 5 star reviews.

We have been very impressed with Gorilla Property Services. We had Gorilla in to clean gutters, install leaf guards and clean and dryer vent. They turned up exactly when they said they would (even called to give an ETA). On site, they were polite, professional and updated us with progress throughout. Safety and COVID protocols were strictly observed. As our dryer vent had not been cleaned frequently by the previous owner, a second visit was needed to clear a blockage. The Gorilla staff apologized profusely (although not their fault) and fixed the issue quickly and effectively. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

I never have to worry that my snow is going to be cleared and it is always done within a few hours of the snow fall ending.
