I got to meet the owner/ operator of Burlington Carpet Cleaning by J.L last week to have some carpeted rooms and stairs cleaned in our home. He arrived promptly at 8:00, quickly measured the rooms we wanted cleaned (measured around the furniture), calculated the price based on "cleanable" space and got it done. We had some stains at the top of the stairs which didn't come out the last time we had the carpets cleaned, but he got them out without an issue or even mentioning them. He also left us written instructions and foot-booties to help us navigate the drying carpet. It was nice to work with someone who takes care of the details without being asked. I shall be referring him to my friends and have him back in 6 months for our next service.

Got our carpet stretched by Burlington Carpet Cleaning by J.L. These guys are very amazing! They did a great job at stretching our carpet, no trace of ripples can be seen. It's unbelievable.
