My Molly Maid team is Carole and Sharon. They arrive promptly on Monday afternoons every two weeks and do an excellent job cleaning my house from top to bottom. They are friendly but efficient, wasting no time as they move through the house. They are thorough, and attentive to detail. They are also understanding and patient with my dogs and unfazed by the sometimes overly enthusiastic barking that greets their arrival. This week they had Kelsey training with them, who seemed equally diligent and efficient. Definitely recommended.

We booked Molly Maid for a move-in (one time) cleaning. The two ladies were unprofessional and they showed up 10 minutes late. When the cleaning started it was 15 minutes after the booked time. When I showed up home 5 minutes after the cleaning time, they were already in their car! They know how to make you feel that they have done some cleaning! The main floor was mopped, and they used our vacuum cleaner to vacuum the bedrooms, that's it! Nothing else! The washrooms were in a very bad state, we had to clean up after the maids (their hair was all over the washrooms). They left the dust in our vacuum cleaner and even left their trash in our garbage can! There was even a dead fly under the patio door that was not cleaned! Such a horrible service, and would never recommend them to anyone!

Carole and Sharon were fastidious and thorough and did an excellent job of giving our apartment the move in clean we needed. They cleaned our inside windows, the inside of the refrigerator and every shelf of every cupboard as well as the standard areas. I was very pleased with their skills and their courtesy.

I have had the Molly Maid team coming into the house every other week to clean for me for about a year now. As a working mother, it is such a relief to know that I can do the general tidy up stuff, and that all the deep cleaning is done for me. It makes me feel more comfortable to have my family here, and really relieves a burden of stress that I feel. When a concern did arise, the Molly Maid supervisor got back to me immediately, and they came and fixed the problem with no fuss. I know I can rely on them. I hope they all fare well during this crisis, and I hope to see them in my home again soon.

despicable, terrible, atrocious...DO NOT use molly maid..use anyone else...furnished unit turning over 2 girls 2 days (short hours) and $563 later for: half clean bath sink, half clean bathtub, half clean toilet, half clean fridge...that's it they claimed "we're done"..they did NOT sweep/mop...clean counter tops, clean cupboards inside or out, clean all other appliances, clean windows, dust, or pick up loose garbage all over..tenants started to move in and refused to with crumbs and grease and dirt everywhere so I spend 5 days straight cleaning up what they didn't..when I called the office they were full of excuses about how they don't use certain cleaning products and if a sponge doesn't clean grease they won't do it...I cleaned off pink mold off tub tiles with a simple rag and water...they said they don't do refunds so I asked for a credit towards another unit she said supervisor with original 2 cleaners would meet me in the unit Friday so I waited all day..no show/no calls...called Saturday left a message/no call on Monday...called again tues morning left message still no show...cleaners said they cleaned everything outright LIARS she said they were 2 of their best cleaners...what a joke..i wonder if THEY would like to move into a unit with other people's dirt everywhere and wish I could post pics....they take your $ and THEN tell you we're only allowed green products with a sponge sorry and no refunds...save your time/$/frustration...they're such a scam...molly maid if you're reading this, STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK if you'd like to own up to your motto; 'our reputation is spotless' and make this right..thx.

Molly Maid Ottawa South cleaners have been doing my house for many years. I've been totally satisfied with their cleaning, the staff they send and the schedule they give me. They work approximately 3 to 4 hours to get my house spic and span. We've had a few breakages - nothing expensive - and they always point it out and try to fix it. I myself break more stuff then they do when cleaning so I certainly don't hold it against them. I've had many different companies over the years but only Molly Maid has lasted this long (since 2010).

As a senior with some physical limitations, I am needing to rely more and more on outside services doing chores I used to manage. Dealing with Molly Maid was an easy process. Thank you !!!

We had never used a maid service before but tried Molly Maid Ottawa South for a clean up after some renovations. Our contractors were delayed for one day and we contacted Molly Maid with four days notice to delay the cleanup for any time the rest of the week. Their response was that they could not come for at least two weeks and that we would be charged over $100 for a lock out fee as we were not providing 48 hours business days notice. A call to the national office was futile. Over $100 and never saw a employee. This service is a complete rip off.

I hired them as a move out clean for one of my rental property with high expectation knowing that they are professional cleaners that will ease the stress of a move out clean with high level of confidence but boy I was wrong. What a waste of money. They are at best armature level cleaners. Once done I found out all they did was clean the washroom properly and everything else was below mediocre. The stove had stain that they could not remove. The exterior of the appliances was not cleaned. Blinds had dust. Carpet was not vacuum properly. I felt like they were lazy and did not care. I had to re-clean it myself and let me tell you what it was 10x cleaner than they had left it. I am not sure if it’s reflective of this branch and staff or Molly Maid as a whole. I would not hire them for a move out clean.

I choose this company because I though it was a good one! I told them to clean all the hall house. It took them 5 hours and when I came to checks the most important things bathroom & kitchen I found them very dirty (foods , dirty and not clean). I advise not to choose this as it is also expensive, cost me almost 500$.
