I just had my first home cleaning from the team at Miracle Maids; and I’m sure it won’t be my last. As a new mom with a little baby crawling around the floors and exploring every inch of the house I have not been able to maintain the cleanliness my house once used to have. This was a hassle-free, convenient solution that allowed me to spend more time with my baby and then enjoy time in our CLEAN home all together as a family. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone looking to lighten their household workload. Kim, Becky & Tammy did a fantastic job in my home, taking such precise care of our belongings. Tabitha, the owner was so prompt when communicating with me and made this first experience for me very pleasant. :)

Is Miracle Maids out of business? One would have to assume that if you call and follow up with e-mail a request for service, and they do not respond, that they must have gone out of business. This is our second experience with businesses in Brockville that do not return calls and/or email requests. One small company did not call back after multiple requests for a response. One would assume that in this depressed local economy that companies would leap at the chance for any new business.

From the scheduling side and managing expectations, Tabitha was exceptionally responsive and ultimately exceeded my expectations. They were professional and did a fantastic job. I called them when I was getting my house listed for sale to help clean all the windows and general cleaning then again at closing to ensure the house was clean for the new owners. Excellent service from Miracle Maids. Our house is always sparkling clean. Service is very punctual, efficient and friendly. No problems with our dog, he welcomes the the ladies who pick up all his shedded hair. Occasional extra items are not an issue. Billing and payment are easily processed.

The first time I had Miracle maids come into my home was 2 Christmas ago to clean before I had a Christmas get together. When I came home it smelt very fresh and clean, they did a complete clean from top to bottom. I was more than happy with their services. I now have them in once a month and I couldn’t be happier. Just to know that I don’t have to spend a full day on a weekend to clean my house. It gives me for time for other things.
